中介空间的被动式调节作用研究

【摘要】:大型公共建筑在城市中的建设比例日益增加,因其体块庞大、使用人数多、空间集中、采用集中的中央空调系统,因而人与自然接触的需求更为迫切且运行阶段能源消耗比重更大。中介空间介于外部的自然环境与内部的人工环境之间,将两个对立或不联系、不相关的现象或者事物通过中间环节产生联系,是一种重要的被动式策略,在大型公共建筑中占有重大比重。但设计阶段对中介空间被动式调节作用效果的关注度不足,一方面目前研究变量单一,缺少多角度综合测评与分析其被动式调节作用效果的方法;另一方面由于缺乏实际和长期的检测数据证实或证伪策略的有效性,更加难以在新的设计中进一步优化。因此,研究首先遵循形态解析-作用探索-效果验证的途径,解析利用建筑空间进行被动式调节的理论、实践的类型和发展演变。其次,基于400余份建筑可持续观调研问卷,200余幢大型公共建筑的相关数据整理和30幢建筑长期深入的调研测试,研究将影响中介空间的被动式调节作用的因素归类为建筑空间信息参数、使用者满意度的主观感受和客观物理环境的舒适度三个方面,并确立了多指标综合评价方法框架。具体内容包括:1)首先采用层次分析法(AHP)对空间的四维形态进行因子化处理,建立与被动式调节作用相关联的建筑信息框架。2)从建筑设计的角度,依据心理学的语义学解析法,量化拆解使用者对建筑空间满意程度。借助统计学的因子分析法和相关性分析法形成使用者满意度主观评价因子矩阵,并发现使用者主观满意度与建筑空间参数信息的内在关联。3)从建筑环境学视角,建立物理环境的客观评价因子矩阵,研发基于双线性多项式插值算法的物理环境分布云图。4)研究最终给出满意度-舒适度的矩阵模型,在多准则的基础上对建筑的中介空间的被动式调节作用做出综合评价。5)利用软件开发平台,研发了中介空间被动式调节作用的网络在线评价工具SCTool。论文最后以中介空间的典型类型为例,演示中介空间被动式调节作用的综合评价、检验和优化的全过程。研究成果包含三个方面:1)研究反复证明了中介空间动态调节作用的价值和复杂性,为设计和改造提供依据。2)提出了中介空间被动式调节作用的多指标综合评价的方法。3)研发了验证中介空间被动式调节作用易读的、可视的评价工具。
[Abstract]:The proportion of large public buildings in the city is increasing day by day. Because of their large size, large number of people and concentrated space, they use centralized central air conditioning system.As a result, the need for human contact with nature is more urgent and the proportion of energy consumption in the operational phase is larger.The intermediary space is between the external natural environment and the internal artificial environment. It is an important passive strategy that the two opposing or unrelated phenomena or things are connected through the intermediate link.It occupies a significant proportion in large public buildings.However, in the design stage, there is insufficient attention to the effect of passive regulation in intermediary space. On the one hand, the single variable is studied, and the method of multi-angle comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the effect of passive regulation is lacking.On the other hand, it is more difficult to optimize further in the new design because of the lack of actual and long-term detection data to verify or verify the effectiveness of the strategy.Therefore, the research follows the way of form analysis, action exploration and effect verification, and analyzes the theory, practice types and development and evolution of passive regulation using architectural space.Secondly, on the basis of more than 400 questionnaires on architectural sustainability, the relevant data of more than 200 large public buildings and 30 buildings have been investigated and tested for a long time.The factors that affect the passive adjustment of intermediary space are classified into three aspects: the information parameter of building space, the subjective feeling of user satisfaction and the comfort degree of objective physical environment, and the framework of multi-index comprehensive evaluation method is established.The concrete contents include: (1) first of all, using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to factorize the four-dimensional form of space, and to establish the architecture information frame. 2) from the angle of architectural design, according to the semantic analysis method of psychology,Quantificationally disassemble the user's satisfaction with the building space.With the help of statistical factor analysis and correlation analysis, the subjective evaluation factor matrix of user satisfaction is formed, and the intrinsic relationship between user satisfaction and building spatial parameter information is found.The objective evaluation factor matrix of physical environment is established, and the physical environment distribution cloud figure. 4 based on bilinear polynomial interpolation algorithm is developed. Finally, a matrix model of satisfaction and comfort is given.On the basis of multi-criteria, the passive adjustment function of intermediary space is evaluated comprehensively. 5) based on the software development platform, a network online evaluation tool SCToolis developed.Finally, taking the typical type of intermediary space as an example, the paper demonstrates the whole process of the comprehensive evaluation, test and optimization of the passive adjustment function of intermediary space.The research results include three aspects: 1) the research repeatedly proves the value and complexity of the dynamic regulation of intermediary space.The method of multi-index comprehensive evaluation of passive regulation in intermediary space is put forward. 3) A readable and visual evaluation tool is developed to verify the passive regulation in intermediary space.
