人性化的高校餐饮空间环境

【摘要】：高校餐饮空间作为高校功能空间的一部分,是学生日常生活使用率极高的一类功能空间。随着高校建设的不断发展,各式建筑也层出不穷,其功能也更加多元化、复合化,人性化。本文通过研究高校餐饮环境的改变与大学生群体就餐行为之间的关系,总结出对应的设计方法,从而实现既具人性化又有文化氛围的餐饮空间环境。文中通过就餐对象对餐饮空间的心理状态表现,总结出了尊重校园自然文化环境、符合功能多元化、坚持“以人为本”的三大设计原则。通过对高校餐饮空间功能的不同进行设计细化,从而设定了气候适应性节能设计、互动交流性沟通设计、生活与娱乐互通性设计、空气清洁性健康设计这四项设计理念。通过对声、光、材料、施工工艺的合理运用等细节上的表现,体现出人性化的设计主题。
[Abstract]:As a part of university functional space, university dining space is a kind of functional space with high utilization rate of students' daily life. With the continuous development of university construction, various kinds of architecture emerge in endlessly, and its functions are more diversified, compound and humanized. Based on the study of the relationship between the change of catering environment and the dining behavior of college students, the corresponding design methods are summarized in this paper, so as to realize the dining space environment with humanization and cultural atmosphere. Through the psychological performance of dining object to the dining space, the paper summarizes the three design principles of respecting campus natural culture environment, conforming to the pluralistic function and adhering to the "people-oriented" design principle. Through the design of different functions of dining space in colleges and universities, the four design concepts of climate adaptability and energy saving design, interactive communication design, life and entertainment interoperability design and clean and healthy air design are set up. Through the sound, light, materials, construction technology and other details of the rational use of performance, reflect the design theme of humanization.
