合院空间在高层住宅项目中的应用设计研究

【摘要】：合院式住宅是中国传统的居住形式,对中国的传统居住文化有着深远的影响。是中国人最理想的居所。随着城市化进程的不断加快以及大规模集合式住宅的大量涌现,传统合院式住宅迅速消失,取而代之的是高容积率的高层住宅。高容积率、高层的居住模式虽然在处理城市人不断增加的问题上起到了一定的缓解作用,但其副作用确是使我们的归属感和家园感伴随着传统民居院落空间的消失而逐步消亡,抑制了人与人之间睦邻友好的交往关系。长此以往必然对居民的心理健康以及社会的安定和谐会产生不良的影响,为能够平衡这种利弊关系,传统合院空间如何在高层住宅中合理的布置以及发展是非常值得研究的。本文通过对传统合院空间的研究与分析,总结出其特征和理念。并通过归纳总结通过现代建筑技术手段将传统合院空间在当代高层住宅中应用的案例总结归纳分析,以找到适合现阶段法律法规可行性更强的设计方法。分析传统合院式民居住宅的院落空间在当代高层住宅空间的延续和发展,通过将已有典型案例的设计手法和思路进行系统的概括总结,对现阶段规划政策主导下的高层住宅中的合院空间如何设计发展给出合理的意见和指导方针,探究如何使传统院落式民居空间在当代高层住宅共享空间里得到继承,寻求其特有的结合方式以及可行途径。本文的研究方法为理论研究结合实际项目调查,将现代高层住宅小区的非地面交往空间作为主要研究对象。首先,分析传统合院式民居院落空间的历史由来、形成原因,并归纳传统合院式民居院落空间在人类历史发展进程中所形成的能够与居民需求相适应的独特的空间特征；然后从居民的生理、心理两方面的需求出发,分析当代高层住宅小区非地面交往空间的基本特征,以及对现阶段典型的高层住宅项目在规划设计过程中为满足人们的交往需求所用的设计思路和方法,并通过将典型案例的设计理念及手法进行系统的总结与甄别,对合院空间在高层住宅中的设置的合理性及可行性做出分析判断,探寻传统合院空间在现代高层民用住宅中设计应用的可行途径及合理的方式。
[Abstract]:The courtyard house is the traditional residential form of China, which has a profound influence on the Chinese traditional residential culture. It is the ideal residence for the Chinese people. With the rapid development of urbanization and the emergence of large scale collective housing, the traditional courtyard house is rapidly disappearing and replaced by high volume ratio high-rise residence. Although the high floor area rate and the high residence pattern have played a certain role in alleviating the increasing number of urban residents, their side effects have indeed made our sense of belonging and sense of home gradually disappear with the disappearance of the traditional residential courtyard space. It suppresses the good-neighborly and friendly relations between people. In order to balance the advantages and disadvantages of this kind of relationship, it is worth studying how to reasonably arrange and develop the traditional courtyard space in the high-rise residence. Through the research and analysis of the traditional courtyard space, this paper summarizes its characteristics and ideas. Through summing up and analyzing the cases of the application of the traditional courtyard space in the contemporary high-rise residence by means of modern architectural technology, the author finds out a more feasible design method suitable for the present stage of the laws and regulations. This paper analyzes the continuation and development of the courtyard space of the traditional courtyard house in the contemporary high-rise residential space, and summarizes systematically the design techniques and ideas of the existing typical cases. This paper gives reasonable opinions and guidelines on how to design and develop the combined space in high-rise residential buildings under the guidance of planning policies at present, and probes into how to make the traditional courtyard style residential space inherit from the shared space of contemporary high-rise housing. Seek its unique combination and feasible ways. The research method of this paper is the theoretical research combined with the actual project investigation, taking the non-ground communication space of the modern high-rise residential district as the main research object. First of all, it analyzes the historical origin and causes of the courtyard space of the traditional courtyard house, and sums up the unique space characteristics which can adapt to the needs of the residents in the course of the development of human history. Then, starting from the physiological and psychological needs of the residents, the basic characteristics of the non-ground communication space in the contemporary high-rise residential district are analyzed. As well as the design ideas and methods used in the planning and design of typical high-rise housing projects in order to meet the needs of people, and through the systematic summary and discrimination of the design ideas and techniques of typical cases, This paper analyzes and judges the rationality and feasibility of the setting of the courtyard space in the high-rise residential building, and explores the feasible ways and reasonable ways to design and apply the traditional courtyard space in the modern high-rise residential building.
