【摘要】：正日前,为期三天的"北京城市副中心详细规划和城市设计方案征集中期成果汇报"举办。多数专家认为,城市副中心设计重点在于以大运河为中心的水系改造,形成蓝绿交织的生态城市。城市副中心应为多中心结构,不仅有运河商务中心区,还应有以"新北京东站"及未来行政办公核心区等为核心的重点功能中心。建议将城市副中心划分为多个街坊、组团式,引入5分钟步行生活圈概念。将公共服务、组团绿地、教育、医
[Abstract]:Just a few days ago, the three-day report on the Medium-Term results of the detailed Planning and Urban Design Program for Beijing's Vice Urban Center was held. Most experts believe that the design of the sub-center of the city is focused on the Grand Canal as the center of the river system transformation to form a blue and green ecological city. The sub-center of the city should be multi-center structure, not only has the canal business center, but also should take "new Beijing East Station" and the future administrative office core area as the key function center. It is suggested that the sub-center of the city be divided into several neighborhoods, and the concept of a 5-minute walking circle is introduced.
