多孔矿物聚合材料在外墙保温方面应用的试验研究

【摘要】:以偏高岭土为主要原料,水玻璃为碱激发剂,双氧水为发泡剂,通过聚合反应制备外墙保温材料。本次试验以水玻璃与偏高岭土重量比、发泡剂用量和养护温度为三个主要因素设计正交试验确定保温材料的最优制备条件。试验中以体积密度、抗压强度和导热系数三个指标来表征材料的性能,最终确定制备材料的最佳水玻璃与偏高岭土的重量比为1.2,双氧水用量为3%,养护温度为50℃。在此条件下所得外墙保温材料的体积密度为296kg/m~3,导热系数为0.091 W/(m·℃),抗压强度为0.92 MPa,性能指标可满足建筑外墙保温的要求。
[Abstract]:Using metakaolin as main raw material, sodium silicate as alkali activator and hydrogen peroxide as foaming agent, exterior wall insulation material was prepared by polymerization. The optimum preparation conditions of insulating materials were determined by orthogonal design of three main factors: the weight ratio of water glass to metakaolin, the amount of foaming agent and curing temperature. The properties of the materials were characterized by volume density, compressive strength and thermal conductivity. The optimum weight ratio of water glass to metakaolin was 1.2, the amount of hydrogen peroxide was 3 and the curing temperature was 50 鈩,
