地铁深基坑支护形式优化选型分析

【摘要】:在城市发展中,随着人口的增多,人口密度的增大,城市高层建筑和轨道交通得以快速发展,基坑工程也向着深、大、复杂方面发展,发生了不少重大工程事故,造成了不少安全损害和经济损失。另外一方面,不少深基坑支护设计中存在着过度保守,造成巨大浪费。因此,在保证工程安全和质量前提下,如何对深基坑支护形式进行优化选型显得非常重要。本文以郑州地铁农业路车站和黄河路车站深基坑为工程背景,总结分析工程实测数据,结合数值模拟分析方法,研究地铁深基坑地下连续墙的变形特征,以及基坑开挖对周围环境的影响,综合模拟、对比分析各种形式的支护,进行优化选型,可指导深基坑工程设计、施工。具体研究内容如下:1、总结分析了当前深基坑工程发展现状,分析了基坑支护形式的发展趋势和深基坑支护优化选型的研究现状。2、以郑州地铁农业路车站和黄河路车站深基坑为工程背景,对工程实测数据进行了总结,分析了基坑开挖过程中支护结构的受力、变形规律,为以后深基坑工程设计、施工提供了依据。3、通过FLAC3D分析软件,以农业路车站深基坑为工程背景,建立数值模拟分析模型,进行了系统的数值模拟工作,重点分析了深基坑开挖过程中的变形特性,并与工程实测数据进行对比,验证了模型参数的可靠性4、在上述基础上运用FLAC3 D软件对不同支护形式(排桩内支撑、排桩复合土钉、桩锚复合土钉)的地铁深基坑进行分析,重点对比分析各种支护结构的变形、受力特征,结合各类支护结构的造价成本,进行支护形式优化选型,提出合理可行的优化支护建议,结果为以后类似深基坑的施工和支护设计提供参考。
[Abstract]:In the course of urban development, with the increase of population and density of population, urban high-rise buildings and rail transit have developed rapidly, and foundation pit engineering has also developed to deep, large and complex aspects, and many major engineering accidents have taken place. Caused a lot of security damage and economic losses. On the other hand, a lot of deep foundation pit support design is too conservative, resulting in huge waste. Therefore, under the premise of ensuring engineering safety and quality, it is very important to optimize and select the supporting form of deep foundation pit. Taking the deep foundation pit of Zhengzhou Metro Agricultural Road Station and Huanghe Road Station as the engineering background, this paper summarizes and analyzes the measured data of the project, and studies the deformation characteristics of the underground diaphragm wall of the subway deep foundation pit combined with the numerical simulation analysis method. As well as the influence of foundation pit excavation on the surrounding environment, comprehensive simulation, comparative analysis of various forms of support, optimization selection, can guide the design and construction of deep foundation pit engineering. The concrete research contents are as follows: 1. The present situation of deep foundation pit engineering is summarized and analyzed, the development trend of foundation pit supporting form and the research status of optimization selection of deep foundation pit support are analyzed. 2, Taking the deep foundation pit of Zhengzhou Metro Agricultural Road Station and Huanghe Road Station as the engineering background, this paper summarizes the measured data of the project, analyzes the force and deformation law of the supporting structure in the excavation process of the foundation pit, which is designed for the future deep foundation pit engineering. 3. Through the FLAC3D analysis software and taking the deep foundation pit of the agricultural road station as the engineering background, the numerical simulation analysis model is established, the systematic numerical simulation work is carried out, and the deformation characteristics in the process of deep foundation pit excavation are analyzed with the emphasis on the analysis of the deformation characteristics of the deep foundation pit in the process of excavation. The reliability of the model parameters is verified by comparing with the measured data. On the basis of the above mentioned, the deep foundation pit of subway with different supporting forms (internal support of row pile, composite soil nail of pile row and composite soil nail of pile anchor) is analyzed by using FLAC3 D software. By comparing and analyzing the deformation and force characteristics of various support structures, combining with the cost of all kinds of support structures, the optimal selection of support forms is carried out, and reasonable and feasible optimized support suggestions are put forward. The results provide a reference for the construction and support design of similar deep foundation pit in the future.
