供水管网设施管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:当今中国的城市化建设十分迅猛,许多城市都在进行着扩张和老城区的改造,因此城市的供水管网也在不断地进行着变更。如今供水管网的体系越来越庞大,管网的复杂度也越来越高,容易出现管网漏损的情况,一旦漏损情况发现不及时,抢修滞后,会造成大量水资源的浪费。如今,供水企业在管网设施的管理上更多的还是对管网设施的信息进行管理,并没有能通过对设施的管理来达到降低管网漏失率的目的。在这种形势下,制定更加科学的管网设施管理方案,开发出一个有助于节水检漏的供水管网设施管理系统势在必行。本论文通过分析当前在供水管网设施管理工作中所存在的问题,并根据到供水企业进行实地调研的结果,对系统进行需求分析,根据功能需求将系统分为多个模块,逐个进行设计与开发。本系统采用了C/S结构,并引入GIS技术,以地图的形式,将管网的地理信息与管网设施的属性信息结合起来。整个系统分为管网数据管理模块、巡检计划模块和爆管分析模块这三个模块。管网数据管理模块实现了从原始数据导入,到管网地图数据处理,再到地图导出的整个过程,并利用GIS技术的特点,图形化地实现地图的查找与统计功能;巡检计划模块通过筛选待巡检的设施,规划巡检路线来实现巡检计划的制定,再通过对巡检计划的提交与审核完成巡检事务,实现对管网设施的日常管理;爆管分析模块实现了在出现爆管事故后,根据管网结构及水流流向,迅速生成关阀方案,并搜索出由于关阀导致停水的区域。与传统的供水管网设施管理模式不同,本系统实现了管网的巡检事务和爆管事故分析,从而能够及时地发现管网中出现的漏损情况,并快速对漏损事故进行抢修,很大程度上减少了水资源的浪费,将节水检漏的思想融入到供水管网的设施管理当中。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the urbanization construction of China is very rapid, many cities are expanding and transforming the old city area, so the water supply network of the city is constantly changing. Nowadays, the system of water supply network is becoming larger and larger, and the complexity of pipe network is getting higher and higher. It is easy to appear the leakage of pipe network. Once the leakage is found in time and the repair lags behind, it will cause a large amount of waste of water resources. At present, the management of pipe network facilities in water supply enterprises is still more to manage the information of pipe network facilities, and can not achieve the purpose of reducing the rate of pipe network leakage through the management of facilities. In this situation, it is imperative to formulate a more scientific management scheme of pipe network facilities and develop a water supply network facilities management system which is helpful to water saving and leak detection. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the management of water supply network facilities, and according to the results of field investigation in water supply enterprises, this paper analyzes the requirements of the system, and divides the system into several modules according to the functional requirements. Design and develop one by one. The system adopts C S structure and introduces GIS technology to combine the geographical information of pipe network with the attribute information of pipe network facilities in the form of map. The whole system is divided into three modules: pipe network data management module, inspection plan module and tube explosion analysis module. The pipe network data management module realizes the whole process from the original data import, to the pipe network map data processing, and then to the map export, and makes use of the characteristics of GIS technology to realize the map search and statistics function graphically. The inspection plan module realizes the formulation of the inspection plan by screening the facilities to be inspected and planning the inspection route, and then completes the inspection affairs through the submission and audit of the inspection plan, so as to realize the daily management of the pipe network facilities. According to the structure of the pipe network and the flow direction of the pipe network, the valve closing scheme is quickly generated in the tube explosion analysis module, and the area where the water is shut down due to the valve closing is searched. Different from the traditional management mode of water supply network facilities, the system realizes the inspection affairs of pipe network and the analysis of pipe explosion accident, so that the leakage in pipe network can be found in time, and the leakage accident can be repaired quickly. To a great extent, the waste of water resources is reduced, and the idea of water saving and leak detection is integrated into the facilities management of water supply network.
