民族院校对少数民族文化繁荣发展的贡献研究

【摘要】：民族院校是指在特定的历史环境和历史条件下,我国政府为解决民族问题,实现特定的政治、经济等目标而创建的名称中含有"民族"标识的高等院校。民族院校是培养少数民族高素质人才以及研究我国民族政策和民族理论的重要基地,是保护、传承和弘扬我国少数民族优秀传统文化的重要场所,同时也是展示我国民族政策和对外交往的重要窗口。民族院校作为民族高等教育的主体之一,是我国高等教育体系的有机组成部分,秉着为少数民族和少数民族地区服务的宗旨,在为各民族人民普及和提高科学文化知识,提高各民族人民综合文化素质水平,促进各个民族之间的交流与融合,以及维护国家统一、民族团结、社会稳定、文化繁荣,促进少数民族和少数民族地区文化、经济与社会的全面发展方面做出了突出贡献。本文旨在通过文献法、系统分析法和案例分析法探讨民族院校在少数民族文化繁荣发展中的贡献,从而提出针对性的对策和建议,以促进少数民族文化的繁荣和发展,最终达到促进少数民族及民族地区文化、经济和社会全面和谐发展的目的。绪论部分介绍了课题的研究背景、研究目的和意义以及本文用到的相关研究理论方法,同时对国内外目前己有的文献进行了综述,介绍了研究内容并进行了相关概念的界定。提出本论文的创新之处在于,首次比较系统地探索了民族文化繁荣发展的主要表现形式以及民族院校对民族文化繁荣发展的功能发挥及其贡献,对民族院校的发展战略和政策措施的谋划与设计,和民族院校与少数民族地区又好又快的可持续发展水平与质量,具有一定的现实价值和意义。第一章对本文用到的相关理论基础进行了阐释。分别介绍了国内外多元文化教育理论以及文化生态理论的主要代表人物和主要观点,并将之与本文研究内容紧密结合起来进行了相关阐释。第二章结合党的十七届六中全会上关于加强文化建设的战略指示,从文化自觉、文化自信、文化自强的理论高度出发,将民族文化繁荣发展的途径归纳为传承、保护;创作、创新;传播、交流;理解、认同四大板块。第三章主要论述民族院校在少数民族文化繁荣发展进程中的功能发挥及其贡献研究,从人才培养、科学研究、社会服务、文化引领四个层面展开,主要通过援引典型案例和相关数据论述民族院校对民族文化繁荣发展的贡献研究,案例分析主要围绕在人才培养方面与文化相关的学科专业方面的贡献,在传承保护方面对物质文化和非物质文化遗产保护、传承的贡献,在创作、创新方面对文艺创作、科学研究、文学作品等方面的贡献,以及在文化引领和认同、传播和交流方面的贡献。第四章总结了研究过程遇到的数据采集和统计量大、难度高以及研究领域广、研究对象众多以及差异性显著的问题,并对接下来的研究进行了分析和展望。最后结语部分结合前文内容,对民族院校促进民族文化繁荣发展几个方进行了研究归纳,对民族院校提出了进一步的建议和要求,以更好地促进少数民族文化以及社会经济的全面发展。本文最后得出的结论是民族院校通过履行人才培养、科学研究等社会职能,推动了少数民族文化的繁荣发展和进步,而且也将在哲学社会科学研究、民族物质文化遗产和非物质文化遗产保护、维护民族团结进步等方面做出相应贡献。
