区域经济发展对农村劳动力转移的空间效应研究——基于空间计量经济分析视角

【摘要】：本研究基于空间计量经济分析视角,运用2010年全国2258个县域统计数据,从全国县域和东部、中部、西部县域的角度,实证分析了区域经济发展对农村劳动力转移的影响程度。研究结果表明,区域经济发展对农村劳动力转移具有正向的促进作用。从全国县域的角度来看,县域区域经济发展每提高1%,对农村劳动力转移有0.7737%的贡献,相邻县域农村劳动力转移具有空间上的互动效应;从东部、中部、西部县域来看,东部地区县域区域经济发展对农村劳动力转移影响程度明显高于中部、西部地区,西部地区空间互动效应作用明显高于东部、中部地区。在此基础上提出如下建议,实现区域经济的协调发展,有助于促进农村劳动力转移;要制定区域性的相关政策,有效实现农村劳动力转移;西部、中部地区要进一步发展农村经济及城镇工业、建筑业、第三产业等,实现农村劳动力转移;东部地区要充分发挥现有区域经济发展优势,实现农村劳动力的有效转移吸纳;另外,还需要构建完善的农村劳动力转移就业以及社会保障等机制。
[Abstract]:Based on the perspective of spatial econometric analysis and using the statistical data of 2258 counties in 2010, this study empirically analyzes the influence of regional economic development on rural labor force transfer from the perspective of counties in the east, east, middle and west of the country.The results show that regional economic development has a positive effect on rural labor force transfer.From the point of view of the whole country, for every improvement of the regional economic development in the county area, there is a contribution of 0.7737% to the transfer of rural labor force, and the transfer of rural labor force in neighboring counties has a spatial interactive effect; from the point of view of the eastern, central and western counties,The influence of county regional economic development on the transfer of rural labor force in the eastern region is obviously higher than that in the central region, and the spatial interaction effect in the western region and the western region is obviously higher than that in the eastern and central region.On this basis, the following suggestions are put forward: to realize the coordinated development of regional economy, to help promote the transfer of rural labor force; to formulate regional relevant policies to effectively realize the transfer of rural labor force;The central region should further develop rural economy, urban industry, construction industry, tertiary industry and so on, realize the transfer of rural labor force, and the eastern region should give full play to the advantages of regional economic development and realize the effective transfer and absorption of rural labor force.In addition, we also need to build a sound rural labor transfer employment and social security mechanisms.
