【摘要】:计划、调度和控制是项目管理实践的核心内容。在现代造船模式中,由于船体分段相互之间依赖强、数量多,而且建造过程中占用场地、机械等资源,低效率高成本的项目管理难题普遍存在。因此,分段调度计划决定了分段项目建造的周期及资源配置的效率。人工编制的调度计划,存在着计划更新缓慢、项目建造周期长、资源利用效率低等诸多问题,不利于提高造船企业经济效益。通过对船体分段调度计划过程进行研究,有利于缩短船体分段建造周期,,对提高造船企业制造效率意义重大。 本文对船体分段调度计划问题进行了探讨。首先对船体分段建造过程中的资源种类进行分析,界定常规线性资源与场地资源的约束条件与使用规则,将常规线性资源与场地资源结合为混合资源。然后建立混合资源约束下的项目调度评价指标,考虑船体建造过程中的实际情况,提出混合资源优化调度假设,建立混合资源优化调度模型,并运用启发式算法对模型进行求解。最后,以造船企业为样本,以混合资源优化调度方法为基础,设计实现了混合资源项目计划优化调度工具,实现调度结果的输出与可视化显示。 通过对比企业调度数据与优化后的调度结果得出,面向船舶制造混合资源的项目计划优化调度模型能够较好反应船体分段项目的调度过程,求解方法能够缩短船体分段建造周期。
[Abstract]:Planning, scheduling and control is the core content of project management practice. In modern shipbuilding mode, because the mutual dependence between hull, number, and occupation in the process of the construction site, machinery and other resources, common project management problem of high cost and low efficiency. Therefore, subsection scheduling scheme determines the project construction cycle segment and the efficiency of resource allocation. The artificial scheduling plan, there are plans to update the slow, long project construction period, many problems of resource utilization efficiency is low, is not conducive to improving the economic benefit of shipbuilding enterprises. Through the research of block scheduling plan for ship hull process, shorten the construction cycle, to improve the manufacturing efficiency of shipbuilding enterprises great significance.
This paper discusses the problem of scheduling on the hull. The first section of the hull construction process resources analysis, constraint definition of conventional linear resources and space resources and the use of rules, the conventional linear combination of resources and space resources for mixed resources. To establish evaluation index of hybrid scheduling resource constrained project and the actual. Considering the hull construction process, this paper proposes hybrid scheduling assumptions, the establishment of mixed resource optimization scheduling model and a heuristic algorithm is used to solve the model. Finally, the shipbuilding enterprises as samples, with optimization method of mixed resource scheduling based on the design and implementation of hybrid resource project plan optimization scheduling tool, display and visualization the scheduling results.
By comparing the scheduling data and optimized scheduling results, it is concluded that the scheduling optimization model for ship manufacturing hybrid resources can better respond to the scheduling process of hull section projects, and the solution method can shorten the hull construction period.
