【摘要】:航空运输作为交通运输方式的一种,是最基本的区位影响因素。作为城市对外联系的窗口,空港的发展将极大改善城市和区域的交通通达性;此外,它还是区域产业链中重要的环节,空港在促进城市经济发展和产业分布格局的改变上发挥着巨大的作用。另一方面,城市经济的快速发展促进贸易往来和资本、技术、劳动力和资源流动,带来大量的人、物流需求,这也刺激了空港和航空运输业的发展。随着空港与空港所依托城市发展的日新月异,两者在有限的空间内共存发展,关系日益密切。 目前城市和空港的发展状况为:一方面,多地政府不断加大对经济建设的投资力度,但城市的盲目过度投资以及不合理规划,使中国大部分城市经济发展有效性程度低下;另一方面,受西方国家空港建设先进案例的影响,国内空港经济区的建设热潮呈蓬勃兴起之势,空港之间的竞争也进入了白热化状态,造成了航空资源时空配置不合理。在这种情况下,城市和空港很难形成良性的互动发展关系。所以,,在了解中国城市经济和空港发展现状的基础上,探讨城市和空港的互动发展关系,让它们能够协调发展,并在对彼此的发展中发挥更大的作用是本文的出发点。 本文运用数据包络分析方法从横向上评价中国空港和及其所在城市经济发展的有效性,在此基础上,把空港和城市的发展有效性分为4类:空港和城市经济发展双有效、空港和城市经济发展双无效、空港有效城市经济发展无效以及空港无效城市经济有效,并尝试解释不同的港城发展关系。对无效的决策单元,本文还将列出投入和产出松驰变量表,通过适当调整无效决策单元的投入产出值使其达到有效。接着文章在空港和城市经济发展双无效的类别里,选择禄口机场和南京市为代表,利用协整分析、格兰杰因果检验等计量方法对1993-2012年禄口机场客货运量和南京市经济发展两者的动态关系进行了分析。结果表明禄口机场客货运量与南京市经济发展尚处于单方面的带动阶段,即南京市经济增长对机场的客货业务有明显带动作用,而机场业务的增加对南京市经济的带动作用尚不明显,这一现象产生的原因可能是禄口机场与周边地区尚未形成良性互动,禄口机场目前的客货流均能在机场内部消化,并无溢出的现实需求。
[Abstract]:As a kind of transportation mode, air transportation is the most basic influence factor of location. As the window of the city's external connection, the development of the airport will greatly improve the accessibility of the city and the region. In addition, it is also an important link in the regional industrial chain, and the airport plays a great role in promoting the development of urban economy and the change of industrial distribution pattern. The rapid development of the urban economy promotes the flow of trade and capital, technology, labor and resources, bringing a large number of people, logistics needs. This also stimulates the development of air port and air transportation industry. With the rapid development of the city on which the airport and the airport depend, the two have developed side by side in a limited space, and the relationship between them is getting closer and closer. At present, the development of cities and airports is as follows: on the one hand, the governments of many places continue to increase investment in economic construction, but the blind over-investment and unreasonable planning of cities. The efficiency of economic development of most cities in China is low; On the other hand, under the influence of the advanced cases of the western countries, the upsurge of the construction of the domestic airport economic zone is booming, and the competition between the airports has also entered into a white-hot state. In this case, it is difficult to form a benign interactive development relationship between the city and the airport. Therefore, on the basis of understanding the current situation of urban economy and airport development in China. The starting point of this paper is to probe into the interactive development relationship between cities and airports so that they can develop harmoniously and play a greater role in the development of each other. This paper uses the method of data envelopment analysis to evaluate the validity of the economic development of China's airport and its cities horizontally. The development effectiveness of airport and city can be divided into four categories: the development of airport and city economy, the development of airport and city economy, the development of city economy and the efficiency of city economy. And try to explain the different relationship between port and city development. For invalid decision-making units, this paper will also list input and output relaxation variables table. By adjusting the input-output value of the invalid decision making unit properly, the paper chooses Lukou Airport and Nanjing City as the representative and uses cointegration analysis in the category of both the airport and the urban economic development. Granger causality test and other measurement methods are used to analyze the dynamic relationship between the passenger and cargo volume of Lukou Airport and the economic development of Nanjing City from 1993 to 2012. The results show that the passenger and cargo volume of Lukou Airport and the economy of Nanjing City are related to each other. Development is still at a one-sided driving stage. That is to say, the economic growth of Nanjing has an obvious driving effect on airport passenger and cargo business, while the increase of airport business has not yet played a significant role in driving the economy of Nanjing. The reason for this phenomenon may be that Lukou Airport and the surrounding areas have not formed a benign interaction, Lukou Airport's current passenger and cargo flows can be digested in the airport, and there is no actual demand of spillover.
