大顺医药冷链物流运营管理研究

【摘要】：医药在人们生活中占有十分重要的位置，大部分药品在流通过程中需低温冷藏，医药冷链物流市场巨大。近几年来连续发生的药品不合格事件让人们提高了警惕，医药冷链物流也越来越被人们重视。本文从药品冷链配送和药品质量管理两个方面研究了大顺医药冷链物流运营管理中存在的问题，并提出了相应的优化方案。在医药冷链物流配送环节，基于冷藏药品和冷链物流的特殊性，冷链配送路径优化除考虑常温货物的运输成本外，还应考虑冷藏药品配送过程中的质量损耗和客户时间窗等要求。本文在满足客户时间窗要求的条件下，对影响药品冷链配送的相关因素进行分析，构建了冷链物流配送模型，并从成本节约最大的角度，运用启发式算法，给出了模型求解方法。对客户而言，药品质量也是被极其关心的一个问题。医药冷链物流质量体系是诸多因素相互依赖、相互作用的结果。大顺物流公司作为第三方物流企业，为客户提供高质量的服务是企业的目的，而冷链物流的服务质量又主要依赖于药品的质量。本文通过对HACCP质量管理体系的研究，结合大顺物流企业现状，，给出了相应的药品质量管理措施，涉及到体制、设备、人、作业流程、环境、计量与测试手段等六要素。
[Abstract]:The medicine occupies a very important position in people's life, most of the drugs of low temperature refrigeration needed in the circulation process, pharmaceutical cold chain logistics market is huge. In recent years the continuous occurrence of drug failure event made people vigilance, pharmaceutical cold chain logistics is more and more valued.
This paper studies the problem of Dashun pharmaceutical cold chain logistics management problems from two aspects of pharmaceutical cold chain distribution and quality management, and put forward the corresponding optimization scheme.
In the pharmaceutical cold chain distribution, special cold medicines and cold chain logistics based on cold chain distribution path optimization in addition to considering the transportation cost of goods at room temperature, should also be considered in the process of cold medicines distribution quality loss and customer requirements. Based on the time window of time window to meet customer requirements under the conditions of influence factors of medicine cold chain distribution analysis, constructs the cold chain logistics distribution model, and the maximum saving from the perspective of cost, using the heuristic algorithm, solving method of the model are presented.
To the customer, a problem is extremely concerned about the quality of the drug. The quality of pharmaceutical cold chain logistics system is a lot of factors depend on each other, the result of the interaction. Dashun logistics company as the third party logistics enterprises, to provide customers with high quality service is the purpose of the enterprise, the quality of cold chain logistics service quality mainly depends on the in medicine. Through the research on the HACCP quality management system, combined with the status quo of Dashun logistic enterprises, given the drug quality management measures, involving system, equipment, process, environment, measurement and test methods of six elements.
