首钢原燃料运输管理信息系统开发项目进度管理研究

【摘要】：首钢作为我国十大钢厂之一,随着国民经济的发展,在一定程度上有了质的飞跃,但同国际国内先进钢厂相比,差距仍然很大,采购成本居高不下。且就目前钢铁行业整体形势来看,盈利水平不容乐观,因此各大钢厂都在采购环节极力压低采购成本,这往往也就忽视了物流运输费用的重要性。本文系统地运用项目管理知识,重点论述了首钢原燃料运输管理信息系统开发项目的进度计划与控制,在项目进度计划制定阶段,明确了项目的相关范围,选择合适的技术、方法,确保计划制定得科学准确;在项目进度控制阶段,通过分解控制目标、设置控制点,从组织、制度、经济、技术多方面采取措施确保项目按计划完成。本文的主要研究内容包括以下三个方面:(1)首钢原燃料运输管理信息系统开发项目进度计划与控制体系建设的现状与存在问题分析,找出首钢原燃料运输管理信息系统开发项目进度计划与控制目前存在的主要问题,制约发展的因素,进而明确下一步的改进方向。(2)为顺利完成首钢原燃料运输管理信息系统开发项目进度计划与控制的建设,将项目进度管理的理论和方法应用于本项目体系建设中。这部分内容运用工作分解结构图(WBS)、责任分配矩阵等项目管理的方法对项目进行分析,对项目进行了确定范围,构建组织结构,工作进行分解。(3)重点对首钢原燃料运输管理信息系统开发项目进度计划与控制管理进行研究,对项目进行进度计划编制,进度控制进行分析。这部分内容主要利用甘特图、关键线路法、里程碑计划等项目管理工具,对项目的进度进行管理。通过对首钢原燃料运输管理信息系统开发项目进度计划与控制进行研究,得出具有一定针对性和指导意义的结论。希望本文的研究能够对项目管理理论在大宗原燃料运输管理信息系统开发方面的提供一些启发。
[Abstract]:Shougang, as one of the top ten steel mills in China, has made a qualitative leap to some extent with the development of the national economy. However, compared with the advanced steel mills at home and abroad, the gap is still very large and the purchasing cost remains high.And on the overall situation of the steel industry at present, the profit level is not optimistic, so all the steel mills try their best to reduce the procurement cost in the procurement link, which often ignores the importance of logistics transportation costs.This paper systematically applies the knowledge of project management to discuss the progress plan and control of the development project of the original fuel transportation management information system of Shougang. At the stage of the project schedule planning, the relevant scope of the project is defined, and the appropriate technology is selected.The method is to ensure that the plan is made scientifically and accurately. In the stage of project schedule control, measures are taken to ensure the completion of the project according to the plan by decomposing the control objectives, setting control points, and taking measures from organization, system, economy and technology.The main research contents of this paper include the following three aspects: 1) the status quo and existing problems of the schedule planning and control system construction of the original fuel transportation management information system development project in Shougang.To find out the main problems existing in the schedule and control of the development project of the raw fuel transportation management information system at Shougang, and to find out the factors restricting the development.In order to complete the progress plan and control of the original fuel transportation management information system of Shougang, the theory and method of project schedule management are applied to the construction of the project system.This part uses the project management methods such as the work breakdown structure diagram, the responsibility distribution matrix and so on, carries on the analysis to the project, has carried on the determination scope to the project, constructs the organization structure,This paper focuses on the research on the schedule and control management of Shougang original fuel Transportation Management Information system, and analyzes the progress plan and schedule control of the project.This part mainly uses Gantt chart, key line method, milestone plan and other project management tools to manage the progress of the project.Through the research on the schedule and control of the development project of the raw fuel transportation management information system of Shougang, the conclusion with certain pertinence and guiding significance is obtained.It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide some inspiration for the development of bulk fuel transportation management information system based on project management theory.
