广州餐饮行业食品监督管理体系研究

【摘要】:古语云:民以食为天。意思是食品作为重要物质,是人们生活所必须的。人们的生活质量和生命健康和食品的安全有着直接的联系,它们之间的关系非常密切。近年来,有关食品安全的事件频发,因其问题所带来的疾病严重影响人们生活的质量水平并对身体造成危害,政府和社会对食品安全问题的关注度愈来愈高。餐饮行业作为食品行业中的一个重要组成部分,人们的生产与生活和餐饮行业的关系密切。在经济快速发展,人们生活水平不断提高的背景下,我国的餐饮行业显现出了迅猛的发展态势,但也正是由于这样的大环境的存在,我国餐饮行业的问题也频频出现,,对餐饮行业食品进行监督管理是保证人们健康的重要途径,鉴于此,文章以广州市为例,对食品安全监管的必要性和重要性进行分析,其次对广州市餐饮食品安全监管的的现状和存在的问题进行研究探讨,最后提出对策来健全餐饮业食品安全监管体系。撰写本文的目的,旨在为我国的餐饮行业食品安全监管提供参考和借鉴,促进我国餐饮行业的健康发展。
[Abstract]:As the old saying goes: people take food as the sky. Food, as an important substance, is necessary for people to live. People's quality of life and health and food safety are directly linked, they are very close. In recent years, food safety incidents occur frequently, because the diseases caused by the problems seriously affect the quality of life of people and cause harm to the body, so the government and society pay more and more attention to the food safety problem. As an important part of food industry, people's production is closely related to life and catering industry. With the rapid development of economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards, the catering industry in our country has shown a rapid development trend, but it is precisely because of the existence of such a big environment, the problems of the catering industry in our country also appear frequently. The supervision and management of food in catering industry is an important way to ensure people's health. In view of this, the article takes Guangzhou as an example to analyze the necessity and importance of food safety supervision. Secondly, the current situation and existing problems of food safety supervision in Guangzhou are studied and discussed. Finally, the countermeasures are put forward to improve the food safety supervision system of catering industry. The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for food safety supervision of catering industry in China and to promote the healthy development of catering industry in China.
