最后通牒博弈实验及对我国收入分配的启示

【摘要】：我国收入差距过大已经是不争的事实,而缩小收入差距,实现分配的公平也已成为社会普遍的期盼。文章通过三个最后通牒博弈实验发现,权力失衡是造成博弈各方收入差距扩大、分配不公的主要原因,而且随着分配蛋糕的扩大,收入差距和分配不公会变得更严重。基于对实验结果的考察,文章认为,我国缩小收入差距、提升分配公平性的关键在于"把权力关进笼子里",提高博弈各方的合作率;并根据实验结果提出了保证回应者拒绝权力、提高权力获得的公平性和创造双向自由选择博弈对象的条件等三方面的建议。
[Abstract]:It is an indisputable fact that the income gap is too large in our country, and narrowing the income gap and realizing the fair distribution have become the universal expectation of the society. Through three ultimatum game experiments, it is found that the imbalance of power is the main reason for the widening of income gap and unfair distribution, and with the expansion of distribution cake, the income gap and unfair distribution will become more serious. Based on the investigation of the experimental results, it is concluded that the key to narrowing the income gap and improving the fairness of distribution in China lies in "putting the power in a cage" and improving the cooperation rate of the game parties. Based on the experimental results, three suggestions are put forward to ensure the responder to refuse power, to improve the fairness of power acquisition and to create conditions for two-way free selection of game objects.
