【摘要】：文章基于2015年世界学术排行榜、QS世界大学排行榜以及ESI(基本科学指标数据库)对芝加哥大学经济学学科竞争力现状进行了介绍,并从学科竞争力构成要素的基础要素和核心要素出发分析并发现了芝加哥大学经济学学科竞争力强的原因在于学科带头人水平高、学科师资队伍合理、学科组织形式丰富和学科文化独具特色,并从学科带头人、学科师资队伍建设、学科组织形式以及学科文化四个方面论述对中国建设世界一流学科的启示。
[Abstract]:The 2015 world academic rankings based on the QS world university rankings and ESI (Essential Science Indicators) on the status quo of University of Chicago economics competitiveness are introduced, and from the subject factors of competitiveness of the basic elements and the core elements of the analysis of complicated subject economics University of Chicago competitive is high level academic leaders, teachers team reasonable, discipline organization form rich and unique culture of discipline, and from academic leaders, faculty construction discipline, organization and discipline, the Enlightenment of the four aspects of the construction of China world-class disciplines.
