大连市产业集群与产业结构优化关联研究

【摘要】： 产业集群的崛起是产业发展适应经济全球化和竞争日益激烈的新趋势,这是为创造竞争优势而形成的一种产业空间组织形式。目前,以集群化发展为立足点的区域经济发展模式成为人们研究的焦点。尤其是随着知识经济时代的到来,各地都在积极加快产业结构的调整、优化和升级,建立以产业集群为基础的产业结构调整模式成为人们普遍关注的问题。目前,辽宁沿海经济带建设上升为国家战略,作为核心城市的大连被赋予更多的使命,更大的责任,对于今后的发展也提出了更多的要求。因此,有必要对大连市的产业集群和产业结构进行深入研究,寻求对策,促进大连市经济飞速发展。大连市的产业结构经过几次调整以后,已有了较大改善,但是,距离大连市的产业结构优化升级以及实现经济与社会、自然以及人的和谐发展,还有较大差距。所以,调整和优化产业结构,是大连市在当前以及未来相当长一段时间内需要持续、深入开展的重要工作。如何正确把握产业集群的内涵和形成、培育机制,制定有利于区域产业结构优化升级的产业集群发展战略,是大连市经济发展过程中需要着力把握的重点之一。为此,大连市必须加快优势主导产业集群发展,增强产业竞争力,使其成为支撑大连今后经济发展的重要引擎和增长点,以此带动大连市产业结构的优化,增强大连市经济持续发展的后劲。本文运用产业集群理论对大连产业结构进行深入的分析和研究,总结新世纪以来大连产业结构调整的历史经验和教训,为大连产业结构调整与优化提出切实可行的对策和思路,促进大连经济持续快速健康发展。
[Abstract]:The rise of industrial clusters is a new trend of industrial development adapted to the globalization of economy and increasingly fierce competition, which is a form of industrial spatial organization formed to create competitive advantages. The pattern of regional economic development based on cluster development has become the focus of research, especially with the arrival of knowledge economy era, the adjustment, optimization and upgrading of industrial structure have been actively accelerated. The establishment of industrial structure adjustment model based on industrial clusters has become a common concern. At present, the construction of Liaoning coastal economic belt has become a national strategy, and Dalian, as the core city, has been given more missions and greater responsibilities. Therefore, it is necessary to study the industrial cluster and industrial structure of Dalian in order to find the countermeasures to promote the rapid development of Dalian economy. After several adjustments, the industrial structure of Dalian has been greatly improved. However, there is still a big gap between the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure of Dalian and the realization of harmonious development between economy and society, nature and human beings. Adjusting and optimizing the industrial structure is an important work that Dalian needs to carry out continuously and in depth for a long time now and in the future. How to correctly grasp the connotation and formation of industrial clusters, cultivate the mechanism and formulate the industrial cluster development strategy conducive to the optimization and upgrading of regional industrial structure is one of the key points in the process of Dalian's economic development. Dalian must speed up the development of dominant industrial clusters, enhance industrial competitiveness and become an important engine and growth point to support the future economic development of Dalian, so as to promote the optimization of Dalian's industrial structure. Strengthen Dalian's sustained economic development. In this paper, the industrial structure of Dalian has been deeply analyzed and studied by using the theory of industrial cluster, and the historical experience and lessons of the adjustment of Dalian's industrial structure since the new century have been summarized. This paper puts forward feasible countermeasures and ideas for the adjustment and optimization of Dalian's industrial structure, and promotes the sustained, rapid and healthy development of Dalian's economy.
