【摘要】： 邓子恢的农业思想，对于我国农业实现现代化，具有重要的指导意义。遗憾的是，对于这样一位为我国农业作出杰出贡献的领导人，学术界却缺乏对其农业思想作整体的研究，本文试从整体上对邓子恢的农业思想加以探讨。全文共三部分：第一部分：关于农业的重要地位思想。笔者认为，邓子恢从政治、经济的角度，论述了农业的极端重要性。(一)农业是人民生活资料的重要来源；(二)农业是工业的基础；(三)农业是出口商品的重要来源；(四)农业关系到工农联盟的巩固问题。第二部分：关于发展农业的主张。邓子恢对于发展我国农业，提出了一系列精辟的见解。(一)必须走合作化道路；(二)集体农业要实行责任制；(三)以粮为主，，实行多种经营；(四)向山区进军，发展山区农业；(五)科技兴农；(六)必须调动农民的积极性。第三部分：关于邓子恢农业思想的评价与启示。文章认为，邓子恢的农业思想在中国社会主义农业史上有着特别重要的地位，具体体现在两个方面：1、它为毛泽东农业思想的形成与发展作出了重大贡献；2、它是中国特色的社会主义农业经济体制改革的先声。文章认为，邓子恢的农业思想给人以深刻的启示：1、生产关系一定要和生产力相适应；2、要勇于创新；3、抓住机遇，切实加强农业的基础地位。
[Abstract]:Deng Zihui's agricultural thought is of great guiding significance to the modernization of our agriculture. Unfortunately, for such a leader who has made outstanding contributions to our agriculture, the academic community lacks the overall study of his agricultural thought. This article tries to discuss Deng Zihui's agricultural thought from the whole. The thesis consists of three parts:. The first part: about the important position thought of agriculture. The author thinks, Deng Zihui from the angle of politics and economy, This paper discusses the extreme importance of agriculture. (1) Agriculture is an important source of livelihood for the people. (2) Agriculture is the foundation of industry. (3) Agriculture is an important source of export commodities. (4) Agriculture is related to the consolidation of the alliance between workers and peasants. Part two: the idea of developing agriculture. Deng Zihui has put forward a series of insightful opinions on the development of agriculture in our country. (1) the road of co-operative transformation must be followed. (2) the collective agriculture should be under the responsibility system and (3) grain should be given priority to. Carrying out diversified economy (4) advancing into mountainous areas, developing agriculture in mountainous areas (5) promoting agriculture through science and technology (6) the enthusiasm of peasants must be aroused. The third part: the evaluation and enlightenment of Deng Zihui's agricultural thought. The article holds that Deng Zihui's agricultural thought plays a particularly important role in the history of Chinese socialist agriculture. Embodied in two aspects: 1, it has made a great contribution to the formation and development of Mao Zedong's agricultural thought. It is the forerunner of the reform of the socialist agricultural economic system with Chinese characteristics. Deng Zihui's agricultural thought gives people a profound enlightenment: 1. The relations of production must adapt to the productive forces, and they should be brave to innovate, seize the opportunity, and strengthen the basic position of agriculture.
