【摘要】：西方福利标准理论是西方福利经济学中关于如何判断不同社会状态优劣问题的理论,它包括帕累托标准、各种补偿检验、基于基数效用的各种福利标准等。本文主要包括四个部分:一是帕累托标准为什么会流行;二是基于基数效用的各种福利标准为什么会兴起;三是西方福利标准理论有哪些发展动向;四是对西方福利标准理论的三点评论。最后,本文进行了总结,说明西方福利标准理论的发展对中国经济的启示。
[Abstract]:The western welfare standard theory is the theory of how to judge the merits and demerits of different social conditions in western welfare economics. It includes Pareto standard, various compensatory tests, This paper mainly includes four parts: one is why Pareto standard is popular, the other is why various welfare standards based on cardinality utility rise. The third is the development trend of the western welfare standard theory, and the fourth is the three comments on the western welfare standard theory. Finally, this paper summarizes the enlightenment of the development of the western welfare standard theory to the Chinese economy.
