区域非均衡发展与产业转移的内生机制研究

【摘要】：从理论上探讨了地区非均衡发展与产业转移的内生机制,经济规模扩大与地区有限发展空间之间的负反馈作用,是发展不均衡的地区间产业转移的内生驱动机制。文章在新经济地理学理论模型的基础上融入负反馈机制,建立反映产业转移的一般均衡模型,研究结果表明,经济规模的扩大与地区有限发展空间之间的相互作用成为中心-边缘地区间产业转移的内生驱动力。集聚正面效应与负面效应的动态演变及其作用下,对集聚外部性、规模经济以及其他对聚集体的依赖程度较弱的产业最先扩散出去。国内基础设施的改善降低地区间的运输成本有助于推进产业转移、缩小地区差距。而且,随着国内市场相对国际市场的逐步增大或者对外贸易环境的相对恶化,沿海地区的区位优势将会减弱,在产业集聚的多种负面效应作用下会导致新一轮的空间结构调整,促使部分产业由沿海向内地转移。
[Abstract]:This paper theoretically discusses the endogenous mechanism of regional unbalanced development and industrial transfer, the negative feedback between the expansion of economic scale and the limited development space of the region. It is an endogenous driving mechanism of industrial transfer between regions with unbalanced development. Based on the theoretical model of New Economic Geography, this paper integrates the negative feedback mechanism and establishes a general equilibrium model reflecting the industrial transfer. The research results show that, The interaction between the expansion of economic scale and the limited development space of the region becomes the endogenous driving force of industrial transfer between the central and marginal regions. The dynamic evolution of the positive and negative effects of agglomeration and its effects on the externality of agglomeration. Economies of scale and other industries that are less dependent on aggregates are the first to spread out. Improvements in domestic infrastructure reduce transport costs across regions and help promote industrial transfer and narrow regional disparities. With the gradual enlargement of the domestic market relative to the international market or the relative deterioration of the foreign trade environment, the regional advantages of the coastal areas will be weakened, which will lead to a new round of spatial structure adjustment under the influence of various negative effects of industrial agglomeration. To promote the transfer of some industries from the coast to the interior.
