中国农业贸易的碳减排效应研究

【摘要】：通过构建环境投入产出模型,采用WIOD数据计算1995—2011年中国农业贸易净出口隐含碳与碳减排指数,考察中国农业贸易的碳减排效应,并基于贸易逆差的视角分析未来农业贸易的碳减排趋势。研究表明:中国农业贸易从隐含碳净出口地位转向净进口地位,表明农业贸易有利于降低国内碳排放水平;与不存在贸易往来相比,中国在1995—2011年通过开展农业贸易可以降低农业29.14%的CO2排放量,但减排效应呈现减弱趋势;中国农业贸易未来仍将存在碳减排效应,且减排作用也将保持在较高水平,有利于缓解工业贸易增长带来的污染加剧问题。
[Abstract]:By constructing the environmental input-output model and using WIOD data to calculate the implied carbon and carbon emission reduction index of China's agricultural trade from 1995 to 2011, this paper investigates the carbon emission reduction effect of China's agricultural trade. Based on the perspective of trade deficit, this paper analyzes the carbon emission reduction trend of agricultural trade in the future. The research shows that China's agricultural trade has changed from the net export status of implied carbon to the net import status, which indicates that agricultural trade is conducive to reducing the level of domestic carbon emissions; Compared with the absence of trade, China can reduce the CO2 emissions of agriculture by 29.14% through agricultural trade from 1995 to 2011, but the emission reduction effect shows a trend of weakening, and China's agricultural trade will still have carbon abatement effect in the future. And the role of emission reduction will be maintained at a higher level, which will help alleviate the pollution problem caused by the growth of industrial trade.
