【摘要】： 邓小平利用资本主义的经济思想与实践，是发展科学社会主义的重要内容之一。因篇幅所限，本文仅从这一思想提出的背景、依据、主要内容、基本原则及其启示几个层面进行初探。第一部分，分析了邓小平利用资本主义的经济思想提出的背景。党的“八大”以后，我国进入了社会主义经济建设时期，邓小平在一些讲话中包含着利用资本主义的经济思想的萌芽。七十年代中期，邓小平主持中央工作，在外经贸方面提出了一些利用资本主义的政策。八十年代，我国进入改革开放时代，邓小平的这一思想得以全面展开。九十年代初期，中国处于深化改革，扩大开放的关键时期，邓小平利用资本主义的经济思想终于确立起来。由此可见，邓小平的这一思想是贯彻始终、坚定不移的。第二部分，分析了邓小平利用资本主义的经济思想创立的方法伦依据、理论依据、时代依据、现实依据，为邓小平利用资本主义的经济思想的形成奠定了坚实的基础。第三部分，首先分析了邓小平利用资本主义的经济思想实施的可行性；接着，从对外贸易、利用外资、引进资本主义国家的先进技术与管理经验等方面论述邓小平对列宁、毛泽东利用资本主义的经济思想的继承与发展；最后，从邓小平创办经济特区的试验作用，邓小平的市场经济理论是利用资本主义的文明成果的最大贡献；邓小平“一国两制”的构想与实践是多层次利用资本主义的伟大创举三个方面进行颇有独到地阐述，说明邓小平既继承前人，又突破陈规，为利用资本主义的经济思想做出了独创性的贡献。第四部分，主要阐述了两点。其一，深刻分析列宁、毛泽东在不同时期提倡要同资本主义开展经济竞赛和竞争，并赶超西方主要资本主义国家的思想观点，从而探寻邓小平赶超发达资本主义国家的经济思想；其二，邓小平秉承前人的宿愿，实事求是地制定了赶超发达资本主义国家的战略部署和战略目标。第五部分，理性地论析了邓小平利用资本主义经济思想必须遵循的基本原则及其重要启示。从处理内外因关系的原则、四项基本原则、主体性原则、两手抓原则四个方面阐述利用资本主义必须遵循的指导思想。然后，扼要地说明了邓小平利用资本主义的经济思想给我们带来的几点启示。显然，综述了说明利用资本主义和建设社会主义具有因果关系，，这对我们建设中国特色的社会主义事业具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。我们必须认真学习江泽民同志的“四个如何认识”，进一步认识充分利用资本主义来建设社会主义的必要性和重要性。在这个过程中，我们既要坚定社会主义的信念，又要反对崇洋媚外，反对“趋同论”的思潮。
