资本社会化理论的学术地位及其当代价值

【摘要】：资本社会化理论是马克思主义政治经济学的一项重要理论和经典命题。资本社会化理论研究可沿着资本主义基本矛盾、历史演变和内容实现等三个重要维度展开。在以前的相关研究中,主要形成了股份资本、金融资本、法人资本、虚拟资本、国家垄断资本等理论学说,它们对当时马克思主义政治经济学的发展和社会主义革命及建设做出了巨大贡献。资本社会化理论能够对当代一些新的经济现象做出深刻和独到的解释,因而仍是马克思主义政治经济学理论发展和话语权扩大的重要力量,是构建当今中国特色社会主义政治经济学的重要基石。
[Abstract]:The theory of capital socialization is an important theory and classical proposition of Marxist political economy.The theory of capital socialization can be divided into three important dimensions: the basic contradiction of capitalism, historical evolution and content realization.In the previous related studies, the theories of stock capital, financial capital, legal person capital, fictitious capital, state monopoly capital and so on have been formed.They made great contributions to the development of Marxist political economy and socialist revolution and construction.The theory of capital socialization can give a profound and original explanation to some new economic phenomena in the contemporary era, so it is still an important force in the development of Marxist political economy theory and the expansion of discourse power.It is the important foundation stone of constructing the political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
