【摘要】： 20世纪70年代以来，在新科技革命的推动下，世界经济逐步向信息化、网络化和服务化迈进，我国经济发展的结构性矛盾突出，在世界产业分工体系中处于不利地位，产业结构面临优化升级的严峻考验；区域经济非均衡发展战略的实施，推动东部沿海地区经济跳跃式发展，而中西部地区经济发展相对缓慢，东西部差距不断扩大。为了缩小两个差距，加快经济结构转换升级，实现区域经济协调发展，要求建立新的理论体系，为经济发展实践提供理论依据。本文提出跳跃式经济发展模式，揭示了跳跃式经济发展模式的涵义、基本形式、决定因素、实现条件和途径，说明了跳跃式经济增长率和跳跃式经济发展的本质特征。本文分析了跳跃式经济发展模式的经济机制，说明了协调机制及其路径；还揭示了跳跃式经济发展模式的动力机制和区域经济增长机制，指出分工演进、市场机制诱导、技术进步、制度变迁和政策供给是跳跃式经济发展的直接动力，，经济利益是最终动力；市场机制、制度结构变迁机制、报酬递增机制和自增强机制是跳跃式经济发展的主要运行机制。通过分析跳跃式经济发展模式的制度结构与政策结构效应，提出了制度结构与政策结构整体效应发挥的条件和对策；通过分析产业结构效应和区域经济增长结构效应，阐明了产业结构效应的具体内容和实现途径，提出区域经济增长结构效应的特点和对策措施。最后，对跳跃式经济发展模式作了实证分析，说明了西部经济发展的西北大学经管学院博士学位论文症结，提出了西部经济跳跃发展的主要途径。
[Abstract]:Since the 1970s, with the impetus of the new scientific and technological revolution, the world economy has gradually moved towards informatization, networking and service. The structural contradictions in the economic development of our country have become prominent and are in a disadvantageous position in the world industrial division system.The implementation of the unbalanced development strategy of regional economy has promoted the economic development of the eastern coastal areas by leaps and bounds, while the economic development of the central and western regions has been relatively slow, and the gap between the east and the west has been widening.In order to narrow the two gaps, accelerate the transformation and upgrading of economic structure, and realize the coordinated development of regional economy, it is necessary to establish a new theoretical system to provide theoretical basis for the practice of economic development.This paper puts forward the development mode of leapfrog economy, reveals the meaning, basic form, determinant factors, conditions and ways of realizing the leapfrog economic development model, and explains the essential characteristics of the leapfrog economic growth rate and leapfrog economic development.This paper analyzes the economic mechanism of the leapfrog economic development model, explains the coordination mechanism and its path, reveals the dynamic mechanism and the regional economic growth mechanism of the leapfrog economic development model, and points out the evolution of the division of labor and the induction of the market mechanism.Technological progress, institutional change and policy supply are the direct driving forces of leapfrog economic development, while economic interests are the ultimate driving force; the market mechanism, the institutional structure vicissitude mechanism,The mechanism of increasing returns and self-enhancement is the main operating mechanism of leapfrog economic development.Through the analysis of the institutional structure and the policy structure effect of the leapfrog economic development model, the paper puts forward the conditions and countermeasures for the institutional structure and the policy structure overall effect, and analyzes the industrial structure effect and the regional economic growth structure effect.This paper expounds the concrete contents and ways to realize the effect of industrial structure, and puts forward the characteristics and countermeasures of the structural effect of regional economic growth.Finally, the paper makes an empirical analysis of the leapfrog economic development model, and explains the economic development of the western region.Doctoral thesis, School of Economics and Management, Northwestern UniversityThe crux of the problem, put forward the main way of economic leaping development in the west.
