【摘要】：自从邓小平提出建设有中国特色的社会主义的口号和科学命题至今,中国特色社会主义已经走过近三十年,它在许多方面都形成了自己独具特色的主张。但是有特色并不等于绝对完美,实际上,时至今日,作为生成中的中国特色社会主义还远未达到尽善,还需要在实践中不断探索,还需要借鉴和学习诸如市场社会主义等其他优秀文明成果。市场社会主义是一股肇始于20世纪二三十年代的社会主义思潮,主要流行于英美等少数发达资本主义国家,它以超越资本主义与传统社会主义为目标,强调市场在社会主义建设中不可或缺的作用,主张某些公有制形式在经济中的基础性地位,期望利用市场经济来实现社会公正、平等、民主等社会主义的价值目标。作为世界社会主义运动中的一个重要理论流派,市场社会主义已有近百年的历史。它历经百年而不衰,足见其生命力之顽强,反映在理论上就是市场社会主义有着可贵的内在品质,理应引起学界的关注。市场社会主义采众家之长,西方经济学家和社会改良主义者的观点是早期市场社会主义的理论来源;社会主义经济改革、西方合作社经济和资本主义经济发展的经验材料则是当代市场社会主义的三大思想来源。它经历了从萌芽到高潮,再到低潮的发展阶段。在高潮时期,它形成了罗默证券的市场社会主义,施韦卡特经济民主的市场社会主义,米勒合作制的市场社会主义和伊藤诚民主、分权的市场社会主义等四种典型的模式;但步入21世纪后,市场社会主义陷入了低谷。从目前市场社会主义的发展态势以及世界社会主义运动的形势看,国外市场社会主义短期内复苏的可能性不大,但从长期看,不排除其复兴的可能性。市场社会主义和中国特色社会主义既有相同之处,又存在着本质区别。市场社会主义对资本主义持批判态度,极力主张社会主义道路,倡导社会主义与市场经济的结合,这些对科学社会主义的发展具有积极意义。但市场社会主义理论存在脱离实践、脱离广大人民群众的缺陷,最终陷于空想。不管是经验抑或是教训,市场社会主义都对从实践和理论上完善中国特色社会主义大有裨益。第一,有利于我们坚定不移地将社会主义道路走下去。市场社会主义对苏联模式和资本主义进行了犀利的批判,启示人们社会主义仍然是人类社会的不二选择。第二,发展和完善社会主义市场经济离不开借鉴市场社会主义。通过市场社会主义的论证可以得出:市场经济是通向社会主义的必由之路;国家宏观调控是社会主义市场经济良序发展的保证;混合所有制经济是社会主义所有制的有效实现形式。第三,发展社会主义政治文明也需要借鉴市场社会主义的优良品质,既注重政治民主,亦不可忽视经济民主;既要发展经济,又要注重社会公平正义。第四,市场社会主义对发展社会主义生态文明也有着重要的启示意义。它启示我们资本主义生产方式和消费方式是不可持续的,要避免走资本主义的老路;经济民主是生态健全的保障;利润共享是社会主义生态文明的基石。中国特色社会主义在实践等方面已经远远走在市场社会主义前面,如果再以宽广的胸襟借鉴诸如市场社会主义等国外社会主义流派的可取之处,吸取其理论上的教训,那么中国特色社会主义将会在引领世界社会主义运动复兴中发挥建设性作用。总之,中国特色社会主义与市场社会主义是相辅相成的,二者应各取所需,共同发展,携手为社会主义的复兴而努力。
