产业生产率与国际竞争优势的理论探讨与实证分析

【摘要】： “生产率与国际竞争力”不仅仅是一个纯理论性的问题，而是一个理论和实践相结合的应用问题，具有很强的实践性。本论文的选题宗旨就是在吸收国内外国际竞争力和产业生产率的研究成果，并与中国的实际情况相结合，，寻找一个适合研究中国生产率和进行国际竞争力比较的理论和方法论，并从中探求提高生产率和国际竞争力的途径。本文从国家、产业和企业三个层面对国际竞争力的含义、衡量指标以及政策进行详细的论述。对国际竞争力理论和衡量方法进行细致和深入的分析，对WEF和IMD目前世界上两个最具权威性的国家竞争力评定机构以及韩国竞争力报告的理论基础、指标体系和评定方法进行了批评式的对比分析。确定生产率是决定一国经济增长潜力和国际竞争力的重要因素。本文进一步对当代生产率理论和方法论进行深入的研究和评价，最后确定应用代表当今世界生产率方法论研究先进水平并被广泛应用的乔根森的超越对数生产函数法来进行实证分析。并在此基础上确定中国总量和部门层面上生产率测度的方法以及数据的处理方法。由于投入和产出的准确衡量对于研究的结果的准确性十分重要。本研究借鉴近年来国内外对中国产业研究使用的方法，尤其是关于方法论和数据处理争论最多的问题，根据中国投入产出表有关统计资料，对中国产出和资本投入、劳动投入以及中间品投入的度量方法进行了研究和改进，以求得计算结果的准确性和与国际间的可比较性。从而为将来科学而准确地对中国产业生产率和国际竞争力进行分析提供一定的理论基础和方法借鉴。
[Abstract]:"Productivity and International Competitiveness" is not only a purely theoretical problem, but also an application problem which combines theory with practice.The purpose of this thesis is to find a theory and methodology suitable for the study of China's productivity and international competitiveness, which is based on the research results of international competitiveness and industrial productivity at home and abroad, and combined with the actual situation in China.And explore ways to improve productivity and international competitiveness.This paper discusses the meaning, measurement index and policy of international competitiveness from three aspects of country, industry and enterprise.This paper makes a detailed and in-depth analysis of the theory and measurement methods of international competitiveness, and gives a theoretical basis for the two most authoritative national competitiveness assessment institutions in the world, WEF and IMD, and the Korea Competitiveness report.The index system and the evaluation method are compared and analyzed critically.Determining productivity is an important factor in determining a country's economic growth potential and international competitiveness.This paper further studies and evaluates the contemporary productivity theory and methodology.In the end, Jorgensen's transcendental logarithmic production function method, which represents the advanced level of productivity methodology in the world and is widely used, is used to carry out empirical analysis.On the basis of this, the methods of productivity measurement and data processing at the sector level and the total amount of China are determined.Accurate measurement of inputs and outputs is important to the accuracy of the results of the study.This study draws lessons from the methods used in domestic and international research on Chinese industry in recent years, especially on the most controversial issues about methodology and data processing. According to the relevant statistical data of China's input-output table, the paper makes a study on Chinese output and capital input.The measurement methods of labor input and intermediate input have been studied and improved in order to obtain the accuracy of the calculation results and the comparability between the calculation results and the international ones.It provides a theoretical basis and method for the future scientific and accurate analysis of China's industrial productivity and international competitiveness.
