【摘要】： 技术创新遵循阈值理论，大企业和中小企业在技术创新方面各有优劣势，单一的企业不可能拥有全部、所有的创新资源，不必要也不可能将整个产业增值链都纳入到企业内部，只能选择几个自己最擅长的环节集中创新资源进行技术创新，实现深度专业化创新。技术创新是企业发展的不竭动力，产业群具有单个企业所无法比拟的优势，论文研究的目的就是将技术创新与产业群结合起来，从产业群的角度研究技术创新行为，揭示基于产业群的技术创新的规律。论文以基于产业群的技术创新行为为研究对象，综合运用技术创新学、产业组织学、生态学、多元统计学等理论知识，采用定性分析与定量分析相结合、规范研究与实证分析相结合的分析方法，研究产业群的性质、特征、效应以及技术创新行为。论文核心内容是从产业群的角度研究技术创新行为，揭示基于产业群的技术创新的制度、环境及动力，分析基于产业群的技术创新的运行过程及其影响因素。论文主要的研究内容与创新点在于：①运用生态学基本理论，分析产业群的生态学特征，确定反映产业群数量特征的指标，为定量研究产业群提供了可操作方法。②明确提出并界定基于产业群的技术创新概念，初步构建了基于产业群的技术创新理论基础，，主要包括基于产业群的技术创新的特征、制度、环境和动力等；从理论上解决了企业技术创新活力和技术创新规模经济性之间的矛盾，拓展了技术创新的研究领域。③建立基于产业群的技术创新运行过程模型，运用产业组织理论，按照结构——行为——绩效的分析路径对基于产业群的技术创新运行过程进行分析。④运用改进的模型对产业群知识溢出效应进行定量描述，确定企业参加基于产业群的技术创新的入群条件；结合多元统计学中的因子分析，对企业参加基于产业群的技术创新活动提供了入群的选择方法。⑤通过实证研究，确定基于产业群的技术创新的影响因素，为进一步深入研究基于产业群的技术创新活动提供了前期准备。⑥在统计分析的基础上并结合论文分析结果，提出黑龙江省装备制造业的发展对策，为解决装备制造业发展的现实问题提供了新的思路。
[Abstract]:Technological innovation follows the threshold theory. Large enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises have their own advantages and disadvantages in technological innovation. A single enterprise cannot have all the innovation resources. It is unnecessary and impossible to bring the whole industry value-added chain into the enterprise. We can only choose a few of their best links to concentrate innovation resources for technological innovation to achieve deep professional innovation. Technological innovation is the inexhaustible power of the development of enterprises, and industrial clusters have advantages that can not be compared by individual enterprises. The purpose of this paper is to combine technological innovation with industrial clusters, and to study the behavior of technological innovation from the perspective of industrial clusters. To reveal the law of technological innovation based on industrial clusters. This paper takes the technology innovation behavior based on industry cluster as the research object, synthetically applies the theory knowledge of technology innovation, industry organization, ecology, multivariate statistics, and combines qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis. Combining normative research with empirical analysis, this paper studies the nature, characteristics, effects and technological innovation behavior of industrial clusters. The core content of this paper is to study the behavior of technological innovation from the angle of industrial cluster, to reveal the system, environment and motive force of technological innovation based on industrial cluster, and to analyze the operation process of technological innovation based on industry cluster and its influencing factors. The main research contents and innovations of this paper are: using the basic theory of ecology, we analyze the ecological characteristics of industrial clusters and determine the indexes reflecting the quantitative characteristics of industrial clusters. In this paper, the concept of technology innovation based on industry cluster is clearly put forward and defined in this paper, and the theoretical foundation of technology innovation based on industry cluster is preliminarily constructed, which includes the characteristics of technology innovation based on industry cluster. System, environment and power, etc., theoretically solve the contradiction between technological innovation vitality and scale economy of enterprise, expand the research field of technological innovation, and establish the model of technological innovation operation process based on industry group. Based on the theory of industrial organization, this paper analyzes the process of technological innovation based on industrial clusters according to the structure-behavior-performance analysis path. 4. Using the improved model, the knowledge spillover effects of industrial clusters are quantitatively described. To determine the conditions for enterprises to participate in technological innovation based on industrial clusters, combining with factor analysis in multivariate statistics, to provide a cluster selection method for enterprises to participate in technological innovation activities based on industrial clusters through empirical research. To determine the influencing factors of technological innovation based on industrial clusters, and to provide a preliminary preparation for further research on technological innovation activities based on industrial clusters based on the statistical analysis and combined with the results of the paper analysis. The development countermeasures of the equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province are put forward, which provides a new way of thinking for solving the practical problems of the equipment manufacturing industry development.
