面向区域创新系统的逆向知识转移机制研究

【摘要】：[目的 /意义]为促进区域创新科技资源整合,提升区域创新系统的综合创新能力,基于逆向知识转移的视角,对面向区域创新系统的逆向知识转移展开相关研究。[方法 /过程]在对逆向知识转移相关研究进行梳理与评述的基础上,分析企业知识向区域创新系统外部主体逆向转移的方式和条件,构建面向区域创新系统的逆向知识转移平台,提出促进区域创新系统的逆向知识转移的对策,实现逆向知识转移对区域创新系统整体创新水平的提升。[结果 /结论]在区域创新系统中,创新性企业的知识通过分解-结合的方式,在克服了知识障碍、组织障碍、系统障碍的条件下,完成逆向知识转移过程。完善创新企业与区域用户的保障措施,可以更好地发挥逆向知识转移平台的作用。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] in order to promote the integration of scientific and technological resources of regional innovation and enhance the comprehensive innovation ability of regional innovation system, based on the perspective of reverse knowledge transfer, the related research on reverse knowledge transfer for regional innovation system is carried out. [method / process] on the basis of combing and commenting on the related research of reverse knowledge transfer, this paper analyzes the ways and conditions of the reverse transfer of enterprise knowledge to the external main body of regional innovation system. The reverse knowledge transfer platform for regional innovation system is constructed, and the countermeasures to promote the reverse knowledge transfer of regional innovation system are put forward to realize the improvement of the whole innovation level of regional innovation system by reverse knowledge transfer. [results / conclusion] in the regional innovation system, the knowledge of innovative enterprises is transformed into reverse knowledge under the condition of overcoming the obstacles of knowledge, organization and system. Perfecting the safeguard measures of innovation enterprises and regional users can play the role of reverse knowledge transfer platform better.
