关于科技创新生态化的若干论证

【摘要】：本文从全球性生态危机——人类的不可持续发展的险境入手，从生态文化发展的角度论述了生态世界观和可持续发展观的由来和内涵，论证了可持续发展是全球应对生态环境问题的根本策略。在可持续发展的前提下，以生态学和系统科学的整体论原则来看待科技创新在人类——自然生态系统中的作用，针对传统创新观的生态学缺陷，，提出了进行科技创新生态化转向的观点，并尝试对科技创新生态化的内涵特征进行了表述。然后，本文结合我国现阶段的社会主义实践，论证了在我国实施科技创新生态化的必要性和可能性：一方面，通过分析目前所面临的国内国外造成的环境问题和经济压力的双重挑战，阐述了在经济全球化的背景下既要求发展又要保护环境的必要性，认为大力进行生态科技创新和发展循环经济是解决我国环境问题和提高国际竞争力出路之所在；另一方面，通过对我国在该领域的学术基础、政府重视度、循环经济的发展现状、消费群的觉醒等有利条件的分析，表明了在我国实施科技创新生态化是有可能的。
[Abstract]:This paper begins with the global ecological crisis-the danger of human unsustainable development, and discusses the origin and connotation of ecological world outlook and sustainable development view from the angle of ecological culture development. It is demonstrated that sustainable development is the fundamental strategy for global response to ecological and environmental problems. Under the premise of sustainable development, the function of science and technology innovation in human-natural ecosystem is viewed according to the whole principle of ecology and system science, and the ecological defect of traditional innovation view is pointed out. This paper puts forward the viewpoint of ecological transformation of scientific and technological innovation, and attempts to express the connotative characteristics of ecologicalization of scientific and technological innovation. Then, combining the current socialist practice of our country, this paper demonstrates the necessity and possibility of implementing the ecologicalization of science and technology innovation in our country: on the one hand, Based on the analysis of the environmental problems and the double challenges of economic pressure at home and abroad, this paper expounds the necessity of developing and protecting the environment under the background of economic globalization. It is considered that vigorously carrying out ecological science and technology innovation and developing circular economy is the way out for solving our environmental problems and improving international competitiveness, on the other hand, the government attaches importance to the academic foundation of our country in this field. The analysis of the current situation of circular economy and the awakening of consumption group shows that it is possible to carry out the ecologicalization of science and technology innovation in our country.
