【摘要】： 经济可持续发展是关系人类发展的重要课题，是可持续发展理论和实践研究的焦点之一，正确认识经济可持续发展的含义及其中诸关系的状况，并施以有效的协调手段，是经济得以正常运行的重要保障。本文综合运用可持续发展经济学、环境经济学、宏观经济学、产业经济学等学科的前沿理论和方法，采取了从具体到抽象，从个别到一般的研究方法，试图从可持续发展视角来研究经济与其它相关要素之间关系的协调问题。本文的主要内容如下：论文的第一部分介绍了本文研究的背景，国内外的相关研究的现状和拟解决的问题。第二部分在综合研究可持续发展概念的基础上，提出了经济可持续发展的概念及相关命题，通过对经济可持续发展形成过程的分析，明确了协调在经济可持续发展中的重要作用，提出可以从社会、经济两个维度上分析诸关系的协调问题，为进一步的研究指明了方向。同时，综合研究了经济可持续发展的指标体系。第三部分研究了经济可持续发展中需要协调的系统内外关系，，分析了社会、经济、环境之间的关系，指出在诸关系中整体上应重点把握的经济发展与环境的关系以及政府与市场的关系。第四部分研究了三种协调力量即公众、政府、国际合作及其对推动经济可持续发展的作用。第五部分进行了实证分析，结合中国国情探讨了中国经济可持续发展应协调或注意的问题。论文在探讨了经济的持续发展中的诸关系后，得到的结论是经济可持续发展内涵较广，因此在实际中既要重视社会、环境对经济的作用，又不可偏废经济的可持续性。并且，由于这种发展处于复杂的系统中，要求处理好各种关系。中国作为发展中国家，选择可持续的经济发展道路是明智的做法。
[Abstract]:Economic sustainable development is an important subject related to human development and one of the focal points in the theoretical and practical research of sustainable development. We should correctly understand the meaning of economic sustainable development and the status of its various relations, and apply effective means of coordination. It is the important guarantee that economy can run normally. Based on the advanced theories and methods of sustainable development economics, environmental economics, macroeconomics, industrial economics and so on, this paper adopts the research methods from concrete to abstract, from individual to general. The main contents of this paper are as follows: the first part of this paper introduces the background of this paper. The second part puts forward the concept of economic sustainable development and related propositions based on the comprehensive study of the concept of sustainable development. Through the analysis of the forming process of economic sustainable development, this paper clarifies the important role of coordination in economic sustainable development, and puts forward the coordination problems which can be analyzed from the two dimensions of society and economy, and points out the direction for further research. At the same time, the index system of economic sustainable development is comprehensively studied. The third part studies the relationship between internal and external systems that need to be coordinated in the process of economic sustainable development, and analyzes the relationship among society, economy and environment. It is pointed out that the relationship between economic development and environment and the relationship between government and market should be emphasized in all relations. The fourth part studies three kinds of coordinating forces, that is, the public and the government. International cooperation and its role in promoting sustainable economic development. This paper discusses the problems that should be coordinated or paid attention to in the sustainable development of Chinese economy combined with the national conditions of China. After discussing the relations in the sustainable development of the economy, the conclusion is that the sustainable development of the economy has a broad connotation. Therefore, we should not only attach importance to the role of society and environment on economy, but also can not neglect the sustainability of economy. Moreover, because this kind of development is in the complex system, the request handles each kind of relation well. As a developing country, China is wise to choose the path of sustainable economic development.
