经济增长中高新技术贡献的测度分析

【摘要】:20世纪80年代以来,世界各国纷纷投入大量的人力与物力发展高新技术,这一现象提供了新的研究领域,即高新技术对经济增长的作用,而本文主要研究此领域的测度——经济增长中高新技术的贡献的测度方法。 在以信息技术为核心的高新技术对经济的影响越来越大的今天,新古典经济增长理论中关于技术进步对经济增长贡献的测度模型,已不能有效地解释像中国这种工业化程度不高,同时又受到高新技术深远影响的经济中高新技术对经济增长的贡献,因此,有必要对高新技术对经济增长贡献的测度方法做新的探索。木文根据菲德模型的构造思想,假设高新技术部门和非高新技术部门边际要素生产率存在差异,构建了一种新的高新技术对经济增长贡献的测度模型。此模型可以完成如下三个方面的测度:一是,测度高新技术对经济增长的贡献;二是,测度高新技术对经济增长的直接贡献和间接贡献;三是,测度高新技术部门和非高新技术部门边际要素生产率的差异大小。同时,该模型可用于研究在不同高新技术发展阶段,高新技术对经济增长的作用方式和特征,可为制定发展高新技术的政策和措施提供理论依据。 为验证本文提出的高新技术对经济增长贡献的测度模型,本文对成都高新区高新技术对成都市经济增长的贡献进行了实证研究。利用采集到的数据通过统计分析软件SPSS 10.0对模型进行了拟合,得到了成都高新区高新技术对成都市经济增长贡献的测度模型,测度结果验证了模型提出的假设,并且支持成都市政府大力发展高新技术的国家利益解释,对成都市制定发展高新技术的政 经济增长中高新技术贡献的测度分析 策具有一定的指导意义。 关键词:高新技术,经济增长,,贡献,测度模型
[Abstract]:Since the 1980s, countries all over the world have invested a lot of manpower and material resources to develop high and new technologies. This phenomenon has provided a new research field, that is, the role of high and new technology in economic growth. This paper mainly studies the measurement method of the contribution of high and new technology in economic growth. At a time when new and high technology with information technology as the core has more and more influence on the economy, the new classical theory of economic growth measures the contribution of technological progress to economic growth. It is no longer possible to effectively explain the contribution of high and new technologies to economic growth in an economy with a low degree of industrialization such as China's and at the same time being deeply influenced by high and new technologies. It is necessary to make a new exploration on the method of measuring the contribution of high and new technology to economic growth. Based on the construction idea of Fried model and assuming the difference of marginal factor productivity between high-tech sector and non-high-tech sector, this paper constructs a new measurement model of high-tech contribution to economic growth. This model can measure the following three aspects: first, measure the contribution of high-tech to economic growth; second, measure the direct and indirect contribution of high-tech to economic growth; third, Measure the difference of marginal factor productivity between high-tech sector and non-high-tech sector. At the same time, the model can be used to study the function and characteristics of high and new technology on economic growth in different stages of development of high and new technology, which can provide theoretical basis for formulating policies and measures for the development of high and new technology. In order to verify the measurement model of the contribution of high and new technology to economic growth, this paper makes an empirical study on the contribution of high and new technology to the economic growth of Chengdu. Using the collected data, the model is fitted by the statistical analysis software SPSS 10.0, and the measurement model of the contribution of high and new technology to the economic growth of Chengdu Hi-tech Zone is obtained. The measurement results verify the hypothesis put forward by the model. And support the Chengdu municipal government to vigorously develop high-tech national interest interpretation, Measurement and Analysis on the contribution of High and New Technology to the formulation and Development of High-tech Economic growth in Chengdu The policy has certain guiding significance.
