经济功能区与经济区域形成理论

【摘要】：1990年代以来,区域经济学获得了重要的发展并受到广泛关注。但是至今区域经济学还不是一个完善的学科,特别是经济区域形成理论尚不完善。对国内外相关研究文献进行梳理后,发现对经济区域形成的研究主要遵循两条线索。一条线索是以区位论为基础的研究,另一条线索是沿着分工深化思路的研究。然而这两条线索均未能顺利地克服均质空间的假定和现实中经济区域非均质性的深刻矛盾,没有得出经济区域形成的微观基础。本文试图从经济功能区的视角探讨经济区域的形成理论。经济功能区概念的提出对于内在地统一均质与非均质的矛盾,奠定经济区域形成的微观基础有着十分重要的意义。经济功能区作为经济区域形成的微观基础和关键步骤,是以区位优势要素为基础,依赖或偏好该要素的经济活动主体在一定范围内聚集,形成的相对均质的经济空间。经济功能区体现了空间分工的深化和经济主体聚集方式的变迁。一方面经济功能区是经济主体区位选择形成的相对均质空间,另一方面它又是体现空间分工而构成现实中非均质区域的微观基础。这样,既解决了均质与非均质空间的统一问题,又有效协调了经济区域形成研究的两条线索,奠定了经济区域形成的微观基础。本文共分七章,第一章为引言,阐述了论文的选题背景和意义,研究思路和研究方法以及研究中可能的创新点和遇到的难点；第二章为文献综述,在回顾了国内外对经济区域的概念之后,沿着两条线索——区位理论和分工深化——对经济区域的形成的国内外相关研究进行总结,并从经济功能区的视角对其进行评述；第三章对作为经济区域形成基本单元的经济功能区的内涵和特征做出分析,提出经济功能区是经济活动再聚集的结果和表现,体现了经济活动聚集方式的改变,经济功能区与现存的经济区、功能区、主体功能区、产业区、行政区等范畴之间存在重要区别,有着不同的形成机理；第四章以新经济地理学为基础探讨了经济功能区的形成机制,构建了两个理论模型分别讨论了经济功能区的形成机理和有规划者加入后的经济功能区区位选择决策过程,研究表明,两类产业若集中分布,则二产业之间的所有产业也倾向于集聚于此处,引入规划者以后,经济功能区的分布过程存在较为明显的博弈关系,消费者的偏好起着重要的作用,在此基础上讨论了经济功能区的边界；第五章以经济功能区为基础和视角,探讨了经济区域的形成过程,由经济中心、经济腹地和经济网络构成的经济区域的形成,是以经济功能区的升级、分蘖和整合为基础的,经济区域形成过程中与行政区域密切相关且存在整合关系,经济区域的边界是开放与封闭属性的有机统一；第六章,在对经济区域形成的三条路径做出基本界定的基础上,分别以珠三角区域、长三角区域和京津冀区域为例进行案例分析,该处借鉴了产业经济学的投入产出方法,使用中国投入产出表2007中的产业关联数据对各区域主要城市的主要产业关联进行分析,使用arcgis9.3对各经济区域的形成过程做出大致的直观反映；第七章是结论和展望,总结全文并提出了今后的研究方向。本文主要的创新点是：第一,进一步界定和深化了经济功能区的内涵,分析了经济功能区的本质特征。第二,对经济功能区形成经济区域的理论机理进行深入分析,使经济功能区真正成为经济区域形成的微观基础。第三,基于区位优势要素禀赋的变迁、经济活动聚集方式的改变和产业空间分布的演化,提出了经济区域形成的三条路径,并尝试使用arcgis9.3软件形象地反映经济区域的形成过程。
[Abstract]:Since the 1990s, regional economics has gained important development and attracted wide attention. But up to now, regional economics is still not a perfect discipline, especially the theory of economic region formation is still not perfect. The other clue is to deepen the study along the division of labor. However, neither of the two clues can smoothly overcome the profound contradiction between the assumption of homogeneous space and the heterogeneity of economic regions in reality, and fail to get the micro-basis for the formation of economic regions.
This paper attempts to discuss the formation theory of economic regions from the perspective of economic functional zones. The concept of economic functional zones is of great significance to unify the contradiction between homogeneity and heterogeneity and to lay the micro-foundation for the formation of economic zones. The economic functional zones reflect the deepening of spatial division of labor and the change of agglomeration mode of economic subjects. On the one hand, the economic functional zones are the relatively homogeneous space formed by the choice of economic subject location, and on the other hand, the economic functional zones are the relatively homogeneous space formed by the selection of economic subject location. In this way, it not only solves the unification problem of homogeneous and heterogeneous space, but also effectively coordinates the two clues of the study on the formation of economic regions, laying the micro-foundation for the formation of economic regions.
This paper is divided into seven chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, elaborated the background and significance of the topic, research ideas and methods, as well as possible innovations and difficulties encountered in the study; the second chapter is a literature review, after reviewing the concept of economic region at home and abroad, along two clues - location theory and deepening division of labor - on the classics The third chapter analyzes the connotation and characteristics of the economic functional zones as the basic units of the formation of economic zones, and puts forward that the economic functional zones are the results and manifestations of the re-aggregation of economic activities, reflecting the aggregation of economic activities. There are important differences and different formation mechanisms between the economic functional zones and the existing economic zones, functional zones, main functional zones, industrial zones and administrative areas. Chapter 4 discusses the formation mechanism of the economic functional zones on the basis of new economic geography, and constructs two theoretical models to discuss the economic functional zones respectively. Formation mechanism and decision-making process of location selection of economic functional zones after planners joining in the study show that if two types of industries are centralized, all industries between secondary industries tend to be clustered here. After the introduction of planners, the distribution process of economic functional zones has a more obvious game relationship, and consumers'preferences play an important role. On this basis, the paper discusses the boundary of the economic functional zones; the fifth chapter, based on the economic functional zones and from the perspective of economic functional zones, discusses the formation process of the economic zones. The formation of the economic zones composed of economic centers, economic hinterland and economic networks is based on the upgrading, tillering and integration of the economic functional zones, and the formation of the economic zones. Cheng Zhong is closely related to the administrative region and there is an integration relationship. The boundaries of economic regions are the organic unity of open and closed attributes. Chapter 6, on the basis of the basic definition of the three paths of economic region formation, takes the Pearl River Delta region, the Yangtze River Delta region and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as examples to analyze the cases, which draw lessons from the industrial and commercial sectors. In the input-output method of industrial economics, the industrial association data of the major cities in each region are analyzed by using the input-output table 2007 of China, and the formation process of each economic region is roughly directly reflected by using ArcGIS 9.3. The seventh chapter is the conclusion and outlook, summarizing the full text and putting forward the future research direction.
The main innovations of this paper are as follows: firstly, the connotation of economic functional zones is further defined and deepened, and the essential characteristics of economic functional zones are analyzed. secondly, the theoretical mechanism of economic functional zones forming economic zones is analyzed in depth, so that economic functional zones can truly become the micro-foundation of economic zones forming. thirdly, based on the location advantages. The change of factor endowment, the change of economic activity agglomeration and the evolution of industrial spatial distribution put forward three paths of economic region formation, and tried to use ArcGIS 9.3 software to vividly reflect the formation process of economic region.
