以人民为中心的发展和中国特色社会主义政治经济学理论体系的构建

【摘要】：以人民为中心的发展思想是中国特色社会主义一切工作的指导思想,彰显出人民至上的价值取向,体现了中国共产党全心全意为人民服务的根本宗旨,它不单纯是党工作的价值取向,而且是社会主义经济发展规律。这一规律产生的客观经济条件,就是社会主义生产资料的公有制。在公有制基础上,只能把满足全体人民的物质文化需要作为生产的直接目的和发展的根本动力。中国特色社会主义的内涵和理论依据是中国还长期处于社会主义初级阶段。以人民为中心的社会主义经济发展规律,就是中国特色社会主义的经济发展规律,它应当是中国特色社会主义政治经济学理论体系的主线和核心内容。
[Abstract]:The thought of people-centered development is the guiding ideology of all the work of socialism with Chinese characteristics, demonstrates the value orientation of the people first, and embodies the fundamental purpose of the Communist Party of China to serve the people wholeheartedly. It is not only the value orientation of party work, but also the law of socialist economic development. The objective economic condition of this law is the public ownership of socialist means of production. On the basis of public ownership, meeting the material and cultural needs of all the people can only be regarded as the direct purpose of production and the fundamental motive force for development. The connotation and theoretical basis of socialism with Chinese characteristics is that China is still in the primary stage of socialism for a long time. The law of socialist economic development centered on the people is the law of economic development of socialism with Chinese characteristics, which should be the main line and core content of the theoretical system of political economy with Chinese characteristics.
