资本逻辑的逆生态性及其应对理路

【摘要】：资本逻辑是作为社会生产关系的资本在谋求利润增殖运动中所展露出的内在规律及必然趋势。资本的逐利秉性和生态的永续旨趣相抵牾,其扩张的短期行为亦同环保的长久理念相背离,狭隘功利的价值生产更将原本充裕的生态财富消磨殆尽。消解资本逻辑引致的生态风险应践行以人为本的社会主义生态文明建设。生态危机归根到底是人的生存危机,唯有规范资本市场的运作机制,实现环境正义乃至社会正义的有效彰显,形塑面向人类发展需要而非服膺资本增殖的生态治理范式,才有望达致生态环境质量总体改善的规划目标。
[Abstract]:Capital logic is the inherent law and inevitable trend of capital as social relations of production in the process of seeking profit multiplication. The pursuit of profit of capital contradicts the sustainable purport of ecology, and its short-term expansion also deviates from the long-term concept of environmental protection, and the narrow utilitarian value production will exhaust the original abundant ecological wealth. To eliminate the ecological risk caused by capital logic, we should practice the construction of socialist ecological civilization. The ecological crisis is human survival crisis in the final analysis. Only by standardizing the operating mechanism of capital market, realizing the effective manifestation of environmental justice and even social justice, can we shape the ecological governance paradigm that is oriented to the needs of human development and not subject to the proliferation of capital. In order to achieve the overall quality of the ecological environment to improve the planning target.
