知识商品交易价格理论研究

【摘要】： 价格理论是经济学中最古老又最现代、最基础又最现实的理论。从两千多年前的亚里士多德到马克思以及当今的著名经济学家,人类最伟大的思想家和经济学家都在这个领域撒下了辛勤的汗水。但这一领域的研究,面对知识经济时代出现的新问题,出现了很多难以诠释的境况。本文从知识商品的内涵和属性入手,在对知识、知识产品、知识商品进行明确界定的前提下,对可交易的知识商品进行了分类。探讨了知识商品交易所需具备的前提条件和市场条件,并对知识商品的流向规律和特征进行了研究。以技术经济学、信息经济学、制度经济学、博弈论等理论为基础,构建了知识商品交易价格理论体系的四层次框架,剖析了知识商品交易从最本质内涵到外在价格运行机制的理论体系,并提出了知识商品交易价格可行阈的界定和最优价格策略模型。在以上理论研究的基础上,对能动性知识商品—人力资本的交易价格进行探讨。在对企业人力资本进行界定和分类的基础上,通过分析人力资本的形成机制,构建了企业人力资本需求方和供给方的价格模型。对非能动性知识商品—技术商品的交易价格进行了研究,构建了技术商品价格的影响因素模型,并且重点对技术商品价格模型中的参数赋值方法进行了创新性的改进。运用本文的研究结论,通过对人力资本和技术商品的实证研究进行了模型检验。以上理论研究成果,对知识商品的交易价格研究具有一定的现实意义和开拓意义。
[Abstract]:Price theory is the oldest and most modern, the most basic and realistic theory in economics. From Aristotle more than two thousand years ago to Marx and today's famous economists, the greatest thinkers and economists of mankind all shed hard sweat in this field. However, the research in this field, facing the new problems in the era of knowledge economy, presents a lot of difficult conditions. This paper starts with the connotation and attribute of knowledge goods, classifies the tradable knowledge goods on the premise of defining knowledge, knowledge products and knowledge goods. This paper probes into the preconditions and market conditions for the exchange of knowledge commodities, and studies the rules and characteristics of the flow direction of knowledge commodities. Based on the theories of technical economics, information economics, institutional economics and game theory, this paper constructs a four-level framework of the theoretical system of knowledge commodity trading price. This paper analyzes the theoretical system of knowledge commodity trading from its most essential connotation to external price operating mechanism, and puts forward the definition of feasible threshold of knowledge commodity transaction price and the model of optimal price strategy. On the basis of the above theoretical research, this paper probes into the transaction price of active knowledge commodity-human capital. On the basis of defining and classifying the human capital of an enterprise, the price model of the demand-side and the supply-side of the enterprise human capital is constructed by analyzing the forming mechanism of the human capital. This paper studies the transaction price of non-active knowledge commodity and technology commodity, constructs the influencing factor model of technology commodity price, and focuses on the innovative improvement of parameter assignment method in technology commodity price model. Based on the conclusions of this paper, the empirical research on human capital and technical commodities is carried out. The above theoretical research results have certain practical significance and pioneering significance to the research on the transaction price of knowledge goods.
