技术商品价格及其独家转让、一次总付模型研究

【摘要】： 技术商品价格一直是学术届和实业届关心的问题。本文认为，研究技术商品定价的作 用在于：确定技术商品的均衡价格，弥补非竞争性技术市场的缺陷，引导资源向相应的科 研部门和生产部门配置；为技术商品转让提供合理的谈判依据和作价依据，促进技术商品 的转让、转化，推动技术市场的良性发展和经济的持续增长。 本论文采用定性分析与定量分析相结合的方法对技术商品的价格问题进行研究。 第一章介绍了技术、技术商品的概念，指出了研究技术商品价格模型的意义和作用。 第二章采用定性的方法，探讨和技术商品价格有关的一些基础性问题。第一节讨论技术商 品的几个特征，，并指出这些特征对技术商品价格的影响。第二节剖析技术商品的使用价值、 价值及价格的含义以及他们之间的关系。第三节分析技术商品价格的影响因素。第四节提 出技术商品价格的定价原则，为技术商品价格模型提供理论框架。 第三章采用定量研究的方法，建立了一个技术商品均衡价格模型。该模型以资本资产 定价模型为依据，并对技术商品技术先进性和双边垄断性进行了调整。实际运用当中，此 模型可以作为技术商品交易中介机构的定价依据，亦可作为技术商品交易双方谈判议价的 依据。
[Abstract]:The price of technical goods has always been the concern of academic and industrial circles. This paper holds that the purpose of studying technology commodity pricing is to determine the equilibrium price of technology goods and to make up for the defects of non-competitive technology market. To guide the allocation of resources to the corresponding scientific research departments and production departments; It provides a reasonable basis for negotiation and pricing for the transfer of technology commodities, promotes the transfer and transformation of technology commodities, and promotes the benign development of the technology market and the sustained growth of the economy. In this paper, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are used to study the price of technical commodities. The first chapter introduces the concept of technology and technology commodity, and points out the significance and function of studying technology commodity price model. The second chapter uses the qualitative method to discuss some basic problems related to the price of technical commodities. In the first section, several characteristics of technology goods are discussed, and the influence of these characteristics on the prices of technical commodities is pointed out. The second section analyzes the use value, the meaning of value and price and the relationship between them. The third section analyzes the influence factors of the technical commodity price. In the fourth section, the pricing principle of technology commodity price is put forward, which provides a theoretical framework for technology commodity price model. In the third chapter, a model of technology commodity equilibrium price is established by quantitative analysis. The model is based on the capital asset pricing model and adjusts the technological advancement and bilateral monopoly of technical commodities. In practical application, this model can be used as the pricing basis of the technical commodity trading intermediary, and also as the basis of negotiation between the two parties.
