[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), it has become an important task for the Party and the state to strengthen the ability of international communication and the construction of foreign discourse system. The translation and dissemination of central documents play a fundamental role in it. The Central Bureau of Compiler is a specialized agency for the translation of documents from the Central Committee to the outside world. Tianjin Foreign Studies University is one of the first eight independent foreign language institutions in China. In 2011, Tianjin Foreign Studies University and the Bureau of compilation of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China signed a cooperation agreement on the establishment of a central literature translation research base.
