浅析我国上市公司股权激励现状、存在的问题与对策

【摘要】:我国上市公司从20世纪90年代开始借鉴股权激励方式,在实施过程中发挥了强有力的激励效用,有效的解决了企业的委托代理问题,但我国股权激励制度的发展还不够完善,在很多方面还存在着不足,本文对我国上市公司的股权激励现状及实施效果进行分析,并提出股权激励存在的一些问题及建议。
[Abstract]:The listed companies of our country began to draw lessons from the equity incentive method in the 1990s, which played a powerful incentive role in the implementation process and effectively solved the principal-agent problem of the enterprises. However, the development of the equity incentive system in our country is not perfect enough. There are still some shortcomings in many aspects. This paper analyzes the present situation and effect of equity incentive of listed companies in our country, and puts forward some problems and suggestions of equity incentive.
