论我国黄金市场做市商制度的建立

【摘要】：由于近些年来我国政府逐步放松了对黄金市场及黄金买卖的管制，我国的黄金市场取得了突飞猛进的发展。此外，由于金价此起彼伏，众多投资者也开始越来越关注黄金市场，从而也带动了我国黄金市场的发展。然而，在这其中我国黄金市场结构单一，法律监管不足导致的非法交易等一系列问题也随之暴露了出来，可以说我国黄金市场的制度建设滞后严重阻碍了其进一步发展。目前我国黄金交易市场主要集中于上海黄金交易所，上金所的交易方式属于场内交易，即市场中的黄金交易是在集中在交易所内，以竞价交易的方式完成。然而成为上海黄金交易所会员的门槛相当高，而这些无疑会阻碍我国黄金市场的进一步发展，而做市商制度作为国际金融市场交易制度的一项创新，在我国现阶段的黄金市场引入该制度，可以在相当大的程度上改变我国黄金市场存在的一些问题。而我国学者、政府机关等近些年来，也一直在致力于在我国的黄金市场上建立做市商制度，因此本文对黄金市场做市商制度做了深层次的剖析，并对我国黄金市场引入做市商制度做了可行性与必要性分析，同时也分析了我国在实行该制度时应该注意哪些问题，并如何从国际上已经比较成熟的伦敦金市场等借鉴经验与教训，从而对该制度扬长避短，更好的使其为我国的黄金市场服务。此外，本文也对建立好做市商制度之后，如何对黄金市场是做市商进行有效监管，使之能真正做市利市做了论述。最后，本文具体论述了如何在我国黄金市场实行做市商制度，并提出了一些具体措施。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's gold market has made rapid progress due to the gradual deregulation of the gold market and the gold trading. In addition, as gold prices one after another, many investors also began to pay more and more attention to the gold market, which also led to the development of China's gold market. However, a series of problems such as the single structure of gold market in our country and the illegal trade caused by insufficient legal supervision have also been exposed. It can be said that the institutional construction of China's gold market lags behind seriously hindering its further development. At present, the gold trading market in China is mainly concentrated in the Shanghai Gold Exchange, and the trading mode of the Shanghai Gold Exchange belongs to the OTC, that is, the gold trading in the market is concentrated in the exchange and completed by way of bidding. However, the threshold of becoming a member of the Shanghai Gold Exchange is quite high, and these will undoubtedly hinder the further development of the gold market in China, and the market-maker system is an innovation in the trading system of the international financial market. The introduction of this system in China's gold market at the present stage can to a large extent change some problems existing in China's gold market. In recent years, scholars and government agencies in our country have been devoting themselves to the establishment of a market-maker system in the gold market of our country. Therefore, this paper makes a deep analysis of the market-maker system in the gold market. The feasibility and necessity of introducing the market maker system into China's gold market are also analyzed. At the same time, what problems should be paid attention to in the implementation of this system in China are also analyzed. And how to draw lessons from the mature London gold market in the world, so as to make it serve the gold market of our country better. In addition, this paper also discusses how to supervise the gold market effectively after the establishment of market maker system, so that it can really make market profit. Finally, this paper discusses how to carry out the market maker system in China's gold market, and puts forward some concrete measures.
