山东省私募基金发展研究报告

【摘要】：正2014年是私募基金监管元年,《私募投资基金监督管理暂行办法》的出台以及私募基金监管框架的建立对省内私募基金的发展产生了重大影响,也为省内私募基金的监管工作提出了新的课题:如何提高对省内私募基金的监管和服务水平,如何促进省内私募基金的合规运作和健康发展,如何提升省内私募基金服务实体经济的能力。为此,我们深入分析了省内私募基金的有关情况,选择了部分有代表性的私募机构进行重点调研,并考察了具有典型意义的省市私募基金的发展情况,形
[Abstract]:In 2014, the introduction of the Interim Measures for Supervision and Administration of Private-equity Investment and the establishment of the regulatory framework of private-equity funds have a great impact on the development of private-equity funds in the province, and also put forward a new topic for the supervision of private-equity funds in the province. How to improve the supervision and service level of the private-equity fund in the province, how to promote the compliance operation and healthy development of the private-equity fund in the province, and how to improve the ability of the private-equity fund in the province. For this reason, we have analyzed the relevant situation of the private-equity fund in the province, and selected some representative private-equity institutions to focus on the research, and examined the development of the private-equity fund with the typical meaning.
