基于创新视角的区域竞争力研究

【摘要】： 伴随着经济的全球化，区域竞争力正日益成为地区经济获得国际竞争优势的关键，，而创新能力又是形成区域竞争优势的重要途径，越来越成为制约区域发展的决定性要素。本文尝试以迈克尔·波特的竞争力理论为基础，从创新的角度对“钻石模型”进行修正，并基于修正的“钻石模型”设立创新指标，探讨创新各指标(子因素)在我国区域竞争力中的作用以及发展趋势。在此基础上，提出相关政策建议。本文首先对基于创新的区域竞争力的内涵、理论基础、国内外研究现状等进行梳理和分析。接着，从迈克尔·波特“钻石理论”及其演进路径分析了90年代以来区域竞争力研究状况，并在此基础上提出适合中国区域经济发展的新“钻石模型”。然后以中国“钻石模型”各要素为区域竞争力指标设计的理论依据，从创新视角建立适合中国的区域竞争力评价指标体系。最后通过主成份分析及聚类分析方法对指标进行了探析，并提出相关的政策建议。通过上述研究思路，本文得出结论：按照创新视角的区域竞争力较强、强、居中、弱、较弱五个类别可将我国31个省市分为五类，区域竞争力分布格局从东部沿海地区向西部内陆地区呈由高到低的阶梯分布局面。我们可以从中国“钻石模型”各要素入手，提升我国区域竞争力，同时加强地区问交流及地区内合作，促进我国各区域协调发展。
[Abstract]:With the globalization of economy, regional competitiveness is increasingly becoming the key for regional economy to obtain international competitive advantage, and innovation ability is an important way to form regional competitive advantage. This paper attempts to modify the Diamond Model from an innovative perspective, based on Michael Porter's competitiveness theory. Based on the modified "Diamond Model", the paper discusses the role and development trend of innovation indexes (sub-factors) in the regional competitiveness of China. On the basis of this, some policy suggestions are put forward. In this paper, the connotation of regional competitiveness based on innovation, theoretical basis, domestic and foreign research status quo and so on are first combed and analyzed. Then. From Michael Porter's Diamond Theory and its evolution path, this paper analyzes the research situation of regional competitiveness since 90s. On this basis, a new "diamond model" suitable for the development of China's regional economy is proposed, and then the theoretical basis for the design of regional competitiveness index is each element of China's "diamond model". The evaluation index system of regional competitiveness is established from the perspective of innovation. Finally, the index is analyzed by principal component analysis and cluster analysis, and the relevant policy suggestions are put forward. Through the above research ideas, this paper draws a conclusion: according to the innovation perspective of regional competitiveness is stronger, stronger, middle, weak, weak five categories can be divided into five categories of 31 provinces and cities in China. The distribution pattern of regional competitiveness from the eastern coastal areas to the inland areas in the west is a ladder from high to low. We can start with the elements of China's "diamond model" to enhance the regional competitiveness of our country. At the same time, strengthen regional exchanges and intraregional cooperation to promote the coordinated development of China's various regions.
