西方政治经济理论反思与“亚非知识”话语权重建

【摘要】：经过百年努力,非西方世界的现代发展已取得重大进展,开始拥有了自己的现代发展经验与自信,但是,亚非世界当代发展经验的价值尚未得到普遍的认可。随着全球发展"后西方时代"的到来,亚非知识与亚非智慧必须获得足够的尊重,长期以来占据主导地位的西方知识体系作出必要的反思与校正。在文明、自由、民主与人权的人类共有观念结构中,应有来自亚非世界古老智慧与当代发展经验的系统总结与融汇,并在此基础上作出新的人类知识与思想的"全球新综合",这样人类才足以应对日益复杂的生存发展挑战。而当代中非发展合作的实践过程与理论总结,将作为一个重要的思想源头与理论温床,有助于"亚非知识"话语权之提升及人类现代性的二次重构。
[Abstract]:After a hundred years of efforts, the modern development of the non-Western world has made great progress, began to have their own modern development experience and self-confidence, but. The value of contemporary development experience in the Asian-African world has not yet been universally recognized. With the advent of the "post-Western era" of global development, Asian-African knowledge and Asian-African wisdom must be fully respected. Western knowledge system, which has dominated for a long time, makes necessary introspection and correction in the common concept structure of civilization, freedom, democracy and human rights. There should be a systematic summary and fusion of ancient wisdom and contemporary development experience from the Asian-African world, and on this basis a "new global synthesis" of new human knowledge and ideas should be made. Only in this way can human beings cope with the increasingly complex challenges of survival and development, and the practical process and theoretical summary of contemporary China-Africa development cooperation will serve as an important ideological source and theoretical hotbed. It is helpful for the promotion of the right to speak in Asian-African knowledge and the second reconstruction of human modernity.
