高技术产业关联突破带动经济增长的作用机制

【摘要】：“科学技术是第一生产力”。高科技产业带动结构调整和经济持续快速增长已成为全世界经济发展的大趋势和新潮流,是一个国家或地区核心竞争力的重要标志。因此,世界各国纷纷制定高技术产业发展计划,将高技术产业确定为带动本国本地区经济和社会发展的战略性产业,在人力、物力和财力上给予大力支持,力图在高技术领域日益激烈的国际和地区竞争中占领制高点。本文综合运用产业结构理论、投入产出经济学、区域经济学等理论和方法,基于中国2000年投入产出表、湖北省2000年投入产出延长表数据,运用数量经济模型,计算了高技术产业的产业关联指标,深刻揭示了高技术产业之间以及高技术产业与传统产业的技术经济联系,分析了高技术产业关联对经济增长的突破带动作用。本文主要内容安排如下: 第一章主要是阐述了产业关联理论和经济增长理论的含义、理论的提出和发展。第二章以2000年全国投入产出表为对象,把国民经济分成第一产业、第二产业、第三产业以及高技术产业四部门,得到一个四部门投入产出表,进而分析高技术产业与第一、二、三产业之间产业关联和产业波及状况。同时,也分析了高技术产业主要行业间的关联及高技术产业与传统产业的关联。通过产业关联指标,揭示了高技术产业对其它产业具有较大的推动性和带动性。第三章主要阐述了高技术产业发展的自组织机制。高技术产业是一个动态系统,由科技、生产和流通三要素组成,它的形成是一个涨落和风险的实现过程,又是三要素协同作用的结果,同时还是与产业环境高度开放融合的产物第四章,产业关联促进经济增长的作用机制,从高技术产业间及高技术产业与传统产业等方面阐述了产业关联对经济增长的带动。第五章,分析了加强高技术产业关联带动经济增长的对策。
[Abstract]:"Science and technology is the first productive force". High-tech industries drive structural adjustment and sustained rapid economic growth, which has become a major trend and a new trend of economic development in the world, and is an important symbol of a country's or a region's core competitiveness. Countries all over the world have drawn up plans for the development of high-tech industries. They have identified high-tech industries as strategic industries that promote the economic and social development of their own regions, and have given strong support in terms of human, material and financial resources. Trying to occupy the commanding point in the increasingly fierce international and regional competition in the field of high technology. Based on the 2000 Input-Output Table of China and the data of Hubei Province Input-Output extension Table on 2000, the quantitative economic model is used in this paper, using the theories and methods of industrial structure theory, input-output economics, regional economics and so on. The industrial correlation index of high-tech industry is calculated, the technological and economic relationship between high-tech industry and traditional industry is deeply revealed, and the impact of high-tech industry association on economic growth is analyzed. The main contents of this paper are as follows:. The first chapter mainly expounds the meaning of industrial relevance theory and economic growth theory, and the development of the theory. The second chapter takes the national input-output table in 2000 as the object, divides the national economy into four sectors: the primary industry, the secondary industry, the tertiary industry and the high-tech industry, obtains a four-sector input-output table, and then analyzes the high-tech industry and the first and second sectors. At the same time, it also analyzes the relationship between the main industries of high-tech industry and the relationship between high-tech industry and traditional industry. It reveals that the high-tech industry has great impetus and belt to other industries. The third chapter mainly expounds the self-organizing mechanism of the development of high-tech industry. High-tech industry is a dynamic system, which is composed of three elements of science and technology, production and circulation. Its formation is a process of fluctuation and risk realization. It is also the result of the synergistic effect of the three elements, and also the product of the highly open integration with the industrial environment. In chapter 4th, the mechanism of promoting economic growth by industrial association is discussed, and the relationship between high-tech industries and traditional industries is discussed. In chapter 5th, the author analyzes the countermeasures to strengthen the connection of high-tech industry and drive economic growth.
