职业学校财经专业技能实训指导研究

【摘要】: 职业学校如何按照职业教育规律要求,加强实训教学,强化学生动手能力与技术应用能力,一直是职业教育的难点和瓶颈,也是职业教育者不断探索的主要课题之一。职业学校财经专业的培养目标是培养第三产业的管理型、服务型人才,,它与培养第一、二产业技术应用型人才的工科类专业相比,其专业的文科倾向非常明显,因此,财经专业受到教学理念、实训师资、实训条件等因素的制约,更加突出,专业技能实训教学体系的构建也更为困难。 职业教育是以就业为导向,以培养学生的专业技能为教学重点,财经专业主要培养经济管理中各行各业所需要的专业化、职业化技能型人才。在能力为本位的教学思想指导下,职业学校财经专业应培养德、智、体全面发展具有一定文化和专业基本理论知识,熟练专业技能、有较强实用技能和良好职业素养的专业管理人才。为实现这一培养目标,不仅要依靠理论教学,而且还要依靠实训教学,特别需要达到理论与实训的有机结合。本论文在对职业学校财经专业技能实训指导情况进行调查研究的基础上,运用理论与实际相结合、定量与定性相结合、个案探讨与共性概括相结合的多种研究方法,对此问题进行了系统研究。经过对职业学校财经专业技能实训指导情况的调研,对职业教育财经专业的性质、地位、目标和任务等问题有了更为深刻的认识,提高了对职业学校财经专业技能实训的重要意义的认识。本论文对国内外财经专业技能实训情况进行对比,特别是介绍了德国“双元制”教学模式,对职业学校财经专业技能实训教学的现状进行反思,笔者结合所在学校财经专业在实训教学与指导方面的实践与探索,提出财经专业技能实训指导的思路,进而有针对性地提出了一些建议措施。 笔者在对职业学校财经专业技能实训情况调研的基础上,探讨财经专业技能实训的目标任务、实训要求、实训内容、实训方法、实训场地、实训师资、实训教材以及实训成绩考评办法等问题,有针对性地指出财经专业技能实训指导的重点、难点,力求对如何改进职业学校财经专业技能实训,有针对性地提出相应的改进措施和建议。本文提出的有关财经专业实训指导研究的理论综述和成功的个案典例,为解决财经专业技能实训教学中存在的操作性不强、理论与实际相脱节、实训名不符实等困惑,进一步改进职业学校财经专业技能实训模式与方法,提高教育教学质量,提供理论指导与经验借鉴。
[Abstract]:The difficulty and bottleneck of vocational education is how to strengthen the practical teaching, strengthen the students' practical ability and technical application ability according to the rules of vocational education. It is also one of the main topics that vocational educators continue to explore. The training goal of financial and financial majors in vocational schools is to train managerial and service-oriented talents in the tertiary industry, compared with engineering specialties that train technical and applied talents in the first and second industries. The liberal arts tendency of its specialty is very obvious, therefore, the finance and economics specialty is restricted by the teaching idea, the practical teacher, the practical training condition and so on, and so on, the construction of the professional skill practice teaching system is more difficult. Vocational education is employment-oriented and focuses on training students' professional skills. The major of finance and economics mainly trains the specialization needed by various industries in economic management. Under the guidance of competency-based teaching thoughts, the major of finance and economics in vocational schools should cultivate morality, intelligence, and physical comprehensive development with a certain cultural and professional basic theoretical knowledge, skilled professional skills, Professional management personnel with strong practical skills and good professional accomplishment. To achieve this goal, we must not only rely on theoretical teaching, but also on practical teaching. In particular, it is necessary to combine theory with practice. Based on the investigation and research on the guidance of financial and economic skills in vocational schools, this paper combines theory with practice, quantitative and qualitative, and so on. This paper discusses several research methods combined with generality, and makes a systematic study on this problem. Through the investigation of the practical training and guidance of financial and economic skills in vocational schools, the nature and status of finance and economics major in vocational education are studied. The goal and task have a deeper understanding and raise the understanding of the important significance of financial and financial professional skills training in vocational schools. This paper compares the domestic and foreign financial professional skills training situation. In particular, this paper introduces the "dual system" teaching mode in Germany, reflects on the present situation of the practical teaching of finance and economics major in vocational schools, and combines the practice and exploration of the practical teaching and guidance of the finance and economics major in the school. This paper puts forward the train of thought of practical training and guidance of finance and economics specialty, and then puts forward some suggestions and measures. On the basis of the investigation and investigation of the practice of finance and economics major in vocational school, the author probes into the target task, the requirement, the content, the method, the training site and the teachers of finance and economics major. Some problems such as the teaching materials of practical training and the methods of evaluating practical training results are pointed out in order to improve the practical training of finance and economics major in vocational schools, so as to point out the key points and difficulties in the guidance of practical training of finance and economics major skills. In order to solve the problem, the author puts forward some relevant improvement measures and suggestions. In order to solve the problem, the theoretical review and successful case study on the practical training research of finance and economics major are presented in this paper, in order to solve the problem that the operation is not strong in the practical training teaching of finance and economics major. In order to further improve the mode and method of practical training of finance and economics major in vocational schools and to improve the quality of education and teaching, the theoretical guidance and experience can be used for reference to further improve the confusion between theory and practice and other puzzles, such as the disconnection between theory and practice.
