加强我国地下空间开发、规划及科学管理——生存空间危机下的选择

【摘要】：21世纪随着世界进入"城市时代",人类的生存空间面临巨大危机。影响人类生存空间原因甚多,主要有三大因素:人口数量、耕地面积和城市化进程。随着中国城市化进入快速发展阶段,城市人口增长与耕地减少之间的矛盾已经变得十分尖锐,一方面城市化的发展是必然的,另一方面保护耕地又是必须的,解决此问题的重要关键就在于寻找人类新的生存发展空间。如果说20世纪是人类向高空索取生存空间的世纪,那么21世纪则是人类向地下寻求新发展空间的世纪。但目前中国城市对地下空间的开发利用还存在若干问题。因此必须进一步加强中国城市地下空间开发的规划和科学管理。
[Abstract]:In 21th century, with the world entering the "urban era", the human living space is facing a huge crisis. There are many reasons that affect the human living space, there are three main factors: population, With the rapid development of urbanization in China, the contradiction between urban population growth and cultivated land reduction has become very sharp. On the one hand, the development of urbanization is inevitable. On the other hand, it is necessary to protect cultivated land. The key to solve this problem is to find new living and development space for mankind. Then 21th century is the century when human beings seek new space for underground development. However, there are still some problems in the development and utilization of underground space in Chinese cities. Therefore, it is necessary to further strengthen the planning and scientific management of urban underground space development in China.
