不同地理区域社会经济增长与土地利用结构关系研究

【摘要】： 土地利用变化是指人类通过利用土地的各种直接间接活动而使得一个地区的土地结构和土地特性发生改变。土地利用变化的驱动机制对于解释土地利用的变化起着关键作用,因此土地利用的主要社会经济驱动力及其反馈机制成为近年来研究的焦点。本文以迁西县(低山丘陵区)、昌黎县(滨海平原区)、清苑县(山前平原区)、张北县(坝上高原区)1999-2006年的土地变更数据为基础,从时序变化和程度变化两个方面对上述典型县的土地利用结构进行了研究,并利用SAS软件找出了造成土地利用结构变化的驱动力因素,进而比较了不同地理区域社会经济增长对其土地利用结构的影响。研究结果主要有: (1)通过对土地利用结构变化贡献率、变化强度指数和变化速度的分析,明确了研究单元的土地利用结构变化的主导地类。各地理区域土地利用结构变化有一定的相似性,主要表现为耕地面积变化显著,但同时各地理区域土地利用结构变化也各具特点。 (2)通过土地利用程度变化分析可知,不同地理区域土地利用程度差异较大,发展不平衡。滨海平原区土地利用程度最高,山前平原区处于稳定发展期;低山丘陵区和高原区的土地利用相对不活跃,处于调整期。 (3)通过对河北省低山丘陵区、滨海平原区、山前平原区和坝上高原区4种不同地理区域代表县域土地利用变化驱动力的研究,我们发现各区域土地利用结构变化和引发其变化的经济因素各不相同。总体上,不同地理区域耕地面积均在减少,建设用地均在不断增加。其中,低山丘陵区主要受人口因素的影响;滨海平原区和坝上高原区主要受经济因素影响;山前平原区主要受人口因素和经济因素共同影响。 (4)最后以上述研究结果为基础,从人口、经济发展、产业结构等方面对上述4种地理区域提出了实现土地资源可持续利用的政策建议。
[Abstract]:Land use change (LUCF) means that human beings change the land structure and characteristics of a region through various direct and indirect activities of land use. The driving mechanism of Land-use change plays a key role in explaining the Land-use change. Therefore, the main socio-economic driving forces of land use and its feedback mechanism have become the focus of research in recent years. This paper is based on the land change data of Qianxi County (low hill and hilly area), Changli County (Binhai Plain area), Qingyuan County (Piedmont Plain area), Zhangbei County (Bashang Plateau area) from 1999 to 2006. The land use structure of these typical counties was studied from two aspects of time series change and degree change, and the driving factors of land use structure change were found out by using SAS software. Furthermore, the effects of social and economic growth on land use structure in different geographical regions are compared. The main results of the study are as follows:. 1) by analyzing the contribution rate, change intensity index and change speed of the change of land use structure, the dominant land type of the land use structure change of the research unit is determined. There are some similarities in the change of the land use structure in different regions. The change of cultivated land area is significant, but the change of land use structure in different regions also has its own characteristics. 2) through the analysis of land use degree change, it can be seen that the land use degree of different geographical regions is different and the development is unbalanced. The coastal plain area has the highest land use degree, and the mountain front plain area is in the stable development period; The land use in the low hilly area and the highland area is relatively inactive, and it is in the period of adjustment. Through the study on the driving forces of land use change in four different geographical regions, such as the hilly region of Hebei Province, the coastal plain area, the Piedmont plain area and the Bashang Plateau area, four different geographical regions represent the driving force of land use change in the county area. We find that the land use structure changes and the economic factors that cause the change are different in different regions. In general, the cultivated land area in different geographical regions is decreasing, and the construction land is increasing. The low hilly area is mainly affected by population factors; the coastal plain and Bashang plateau are mainly affected by economic factors; the Foreland plain is mainly affected by population factors and economic factors. Finally, on the basis of the above research results, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to realize the sustainable utilization of land resources from the aspects of population, economic development, industrial structure and so on.
