基于合作博弈的开放式创新中参与主体收益分配方案研究

【摘要】：运用合作博弈理论,针对各主体参与开放式创新方式的异同,对开放式创新中参与主体收益分配方案进行研究。研究结果表明:为了提高开放式创新的稳定性和成功率,当各参与主体对开放式创新预期收益的边际贡献不同时,应实施"差异化"的收益分配方案;而当各主体对开放式创新预期收益的边际贡献相同时,应实施"公平化"的收益分配方案。
[Abstract]:Based on the cooperative game theory and aiming at the similarities and differences of the main body participating in the open innovation, this paper studies the income distribution scheme of the participants in the open innovation. The results show that: in order to improve the stability and success rate of open innovation, When the marginal contribution of the participants to the expected income of open innovation is different, the "differentiated" scheme of income distribution should be implemented, and when the marginal contribution of the participants to the expected income of open innovation is the same, The income distribution scheme of "equity" should be implemented.
