战略性新兴产业公私合作制培育模式分析:基于混合组织的视角

【摘要】：基于战略性新兴产业的社会效益和经济效益双重目标,本文从混合组织理论的视角,在交易成本理论框架下探讨战略性新兴产业公私合作制的培育模式。首先,在PEST(政治、经济、社会、技术)框架下分析战略性新兴产业公私合作制培育的环境要素;其次,基于中间层组织理论分析其生成机制;最后,结合公私合作制模式的优势,针对战略性新兴产业公私合作制培育的具体措施给出相关建议。
[Abstract]:Based on the dual goals of social and economic benefits of strategic emerging industries, this paper discusses the cultivation model of public-private cooperation system of strategic emerging industries under the framework of transaction cost theory from the perspective of mixed organization theory. Under the framework of economy, society and technology, the paper analyzes the environmental elements of the cultivation of public-private cooperative system of strategic emerging industries; secondly, analyzes its generating mechanism based on the intermediate level organization theory; finally, combines the advantages of the public-private cooperative system model. In view of the strategic emerging industry public-private cooperation system cultivation specific measures to give relevant suggestions.
