关于提高中国财经人才培养质量的几点思考

【摘要】：本文认为改革开放以来中国的财经人才培养质量取得了显著提升,并从教师队伍整体水平、国外高水平大学教育理念和经验引进、课程体系与教学内容改革、优质生源扩大、教育部政策指导和教改工程推进等5个方面进行了分析。根据中国经济社会发展新阶段和国际环境新变化,本文论证了高水平财经大学加快培养高层次财经人才的迫切性。在此基础上对如何革新教学内容、切实改进教学方法、增强教师责任心和使命感提出了看法和建议。
[Abstract]:This paper holds that since the reform and opening to the outside world, the quality of China's financial and economic talents has been greatly improved, and the quality of students has been expanded from the overall level of teachers, the introduction of foreign high-level university education concepts and experiences, the reform of curriculum system and teaching content, and the expansion of the source of high-quality students. The policy guidance of the Ministry of Education and the promotion of the educational reform project are analyzed in five aspects. According to the new stage of China's economic and social development and the new changes of international environment, this paper demonstrates the urgency of speeding up the training of high-level financial talents in high-level universities of finance and economics. On this basis, the author puts forward some opinions and suggestions on how to innovate teaching contents, improve teaching methods, and strengthen teachers' sense of responsibility and mission.
