拓展了生产力,同时又何止于生产力——解读技术的当代功能

【摘要】：人们研究技术的功能,从研究路径来看分为两条。其中一条是传统的理解和分析,将技术仍然当作生产力。另一条是现代的理解和分析,给予了技术的功能以不仅仅止于生产力的解释,从多个角度来解释技术的功能。确切地说,以上两种还可以这样定义和理解:在把技术理解为具有功能和意义双重面向的技术批判理论中,前者属于功能化的技术,它由因果逻辑决定,它可以诉诸各种技术学科加以说明;后者属于意义化的技术,它属于一种生活方式,它不仅具有直接与功能相关的最低限度的意义成分,而且还拥有一个更广阔的天空,包括了技术所属人类世界中所有与之相关的其他方面。正是这些维度间的互动,在部分意义上促成了现代技术的发展。通过对技术功能的研究,使得我们认识到技术的功能在今天已经有更加丰富的内涵。
[Abstract]:People study the function of technology, from the point of view of the research path divided into two. One is traditional understanding and analysis, which still treats technology as productivity. The other is modern understanding and analysis, which gives the function of technology not only the explanation of productivity, but also the function of technology from many angles. To be exact, the above two kinds can also be defined and understood in this way: in the theory of technology criticism, which has the dual orientation of function and meaning, the former belongs to the functional technology, which is determined by the causal logic. It can be explained by various technical disciplines; the latter belongs to the technology of meaning, it belongs to a way of life, and it has not only the minimum elements of meaning directly related to function, but also a wider sky, It includes all the other aspects of the human world that technology belongs to. It is the interaction between these dimensions that, in part, contributes to the development of modern technology. Through the research of the technology function, we realize that the technology function already has the richer connotation today.
